My family and I really enjoyed Brian’s place. There was plenty of room for all our ski gear and only 3 mins to the mountain. Having access to the Schuss hot tub was a bonus. There are plenty of board games available and the internet worked well. This has been one of our favorite Airbnbs during the ski season.

Just back from a 3 night stay at Hall's Haven and it was a perfect spot for our two families of 4, ages 7 thru 50! The welcome treats were such a nice added touch and much appreciated. Lots of space for kids and adults to spread out and plenty of toys and games for everyone. Lots of space for ski gear too! We loved having fires and cooking big meals together in the kitchen, which had everything we could possibly need. There was SO much snow and every window had a beautiful view of the snowy woods. Quiet, lovely neighborhood near the Lakeview Inn and just 5 minutes to Schuss Village for skiing. The sauna was an added luxury after a day of skiing! We had the best weekend together! Chelsea was an excellent host. The house was perfect for our group. She always responded promptly and was extremely helpful. The house is located conveniently from downtown Bellaire and was very comfortable to live in. highly recommend this serene woodland getaway.

This is an awesome place for a family or a couples get away. Cozy and private right in the middle of the woods, but still within a 10 minute drive to downtown Bellaire and 4 mins to the restaurants at Shanty Creek main resort area. The beds were super comfy. The space was open and cozy at the same time. We go every year for the annual Rubber Ducky Race and hope to rent here again every year. Thanks for the great experience!

Beautiful home, comfortable for a large group with lots of bed and lounging spaces. Ryan was a very responsive, friendly, and helpful host! We are in Bellaire often and would stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our getaway/ski race weekend. The house was clean, easy to find, entry was well lit when we arrived in the evening. It felt very comfortable and had everything we needed and more!

Loved the place, nice and tucked away in the trees, despite the snowfall walkways and driveway were easily traversable and shoveled/plowed prior to arrival, as well as being provided with a shovel and sled wich i appreciated as well as our three year old. Had lots of fun in the snow and getting cozy and warm in the living room, enjoyed coffee in the mornings around the kitchen table enjoying the views out the slider door. Truly a great experience especially while communicating with the host, my family took a business card and will most likely stay again in the future thank you again for having us.

We stayed for the 4th July week with friends and family and it was an awesome place to be at. The property and house are beautiful and the house was well equipped to keep us entertained while the weather did not play along. Sally was very responsive when we had questions. We return every year to the area and this is a property we will consider again.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect weekend getaway. The home was a nicely restored and felt very welcoming. We appreciated the proximity of the house to the downtown stores/ restaurants/ and bars which made going out easy. Would stay here again!

Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. Way beyond many places. Stocked kitchen and bathroom. Property is on be of a kind. Elk Lake is a treasure. Enjoy.

Lou is the best host in northern Michigan no matter what I’m doing there I’m willing to drive longer in any direction just to stay at the air bnb. Also very nice location and chill. Private beach is amazing and easy to get to and a lot to do not too far away.

What a beautiful historic home. Plenty of room for me and my 5 friends. One room doesn’t have a door, and one is a walk-through room. This didn’t bother us, but is something to consider if you are with a noisier crew or might have snorers. The house was very clean and had everything you might need to cook and clean up which was a great bonus. Took us about 20 minutes to drive to Boyne Mountain so it was super close and very affordable for all of the space you get. We couldn’t figure out the lock code but Elizabeth responded within a minute to help.

Our stay was wonderful. The space was great for our group of four families and easy to get back and forth to Boyne Mountain for a ski weekend. We’d love to come back in the summer!

Cheryl’s home exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the layout and size of the house made for a very comfortable stay. LOVED the house. Updated! Very comfortable. Lots to do. So close to downtown. A minute walk to the restaurants, but the town is so cute, I wish we could have walked longer. Great sunsets at the beach or marina. Kelly was super helpful and flexible. I cannot recommend this more. Even the neighbors were super sweet and friendly. We'll be back for sure. Thank Kelly!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the house near Boyne Mtn! We arrived to a clean, clutter free house, full of things that we could use. It was the perfect place for our family and dog to relax when we were done skiing each day! The local restaurants were good, and we enjoyed walks up the road with our dog. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing location! Views for miles in most directions. House is comfortable, clean, and quiet with all the amenities of home. We saw deer daily while watching sunrise and sunset views from deck.

Everything was as described! Lots of extras as far as towels, paper towels/ toilet paper, pots/pans and dishes etc...which was great! The hot tub was very relaxing and clean! The kids used the kayaks for fishing. The lake was really pretty, along with the surrounding property. Tracey was a great host with eccellent communication. By far one if the best places weve stayed. We would love to visit again in the summer!
