We enjoyed our stay! We went to a concert at the golf course and enjoyed the other amenities

We loved our stay at "the cabin!" Lots of room and personalized space for those who wanted it. Good bathroom space and really appreciated the laundry and kitchen areas.

We loved our stay at Wildwood Lodge! The property is on a barely traveled road and feels secluded (only one neighbor is visible but it does not impede on enjoying any of the hang out areas). The house was really well appointed with amenities (towels, kitchen gadgets/utensils) and was kept very clean. Loved the oversized couch to hang out on and then front porch for morning coffee. The small front fenced in area was perfect for our pups. We will definitely be back!

The place was perfect for our get together! It was beautiful! The only thing I will say is that there are a lot of bugs and we did have to check ourselves for ticks. But that was the only downfall! Would LOVE to stay again.

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Bob's They had the driveway totally cleared of snow and the house was clean and ready for us. We had no trouble with the passcode entrance. The kitchen was stocked very well and the appliances really high end. We used the oven all three nights and found even some extra spices we could use. My son made cookies with the grand girls and it worked out well because of the seats at the counter and the Island. The girls were able to make a huge snowman the first day in the back. We took advantage of the game room 2 different days and enjoyed the Fuse Ball, Air Hockey, Dart board, etc. Also we took advantage of the pool and each of us enjoyed the hot tub and slide. We took a sleigh ride out at the Cook Family Farm which was beautiful, and they were very nice. All in all we thought everything was wonderful. The number of baths and bedrooms worked out well us. Great stay! Daniel was very responsive, and we had no issues. Loved the off the grid feel and piles of DVDs to choose from!

We stayed this weekend to break up the dullness of winter. Our kids loved the cabin and the clubhouse. It was such a cozy space to relax. I loved the wood stove! I would recommend to my friends!

We stayed in the Bear Trap cabin for our 5 year anniversary while we went skiing and snowboarding at Boyne Mountain and Highlands! We love a cute cabin vibe and this delivered for sure! It was so clean and comfy cozy, Jamie is very friendly and sent over all the information we could need right away so we had a smooth check in and check out as well as checking in to see if we had any questions. Upon arriving there was even cookies/hot cocoa/ coffee and other nice things to have around! Very grateful for the experience, would love to book again!

A hidden gem—nestled in the woods, yet close to everything. The charming cabin was spotless, well-stocked, and its back wall of windows opened to an enchanted view. The serene river out back—with a dock, kayaks, and fire ring—made it feel like a private retreat. Our visit was part of a brief family reunion getaway with our two sons and daughter-in-law, and Emily was wonderfully responsive, warm, and accommodating. Though brief, our stay was incredibly relaxing—kayaking, sitting by the fire with s'mores (provided!), enjoying the outdoor shower, and sipping morning coffee on the deck while soaking in the calm. We truly didn't want to leave. Highly recommend this gem to anyone seeking comfort and nature in one perfect spot.

I recently stayed at the most charming A-frame cabin nestled deep in the woods, and it was an unforgettable experience. The cabin itself was cozy and inviting, the perfect retreat for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights was the soothing sound of the nearby stream that you could hear constantly – it added such a calming touch to the whole experience. Waking up to that sound was pure bliss. Not only was the cabin perfect, but the surrounding nature made it even more special. When I ventured into town, I was greeted with stunning views of a beautiful lake that took my breath away. It was the ideal combination of peaceful seclusion and scenic exploration. If you're looking for a serene getaway surrounded by nature's beauty, this A-frame cabin is a perfect choice!

We spent the weekend here for our honeymoon and it was wonderful! It was great to escape for a few nights - we loved the private location & all of the amenities with the cabin (record player, dvd player, coffee maker, etc.) as well as the campfire area. This is very close to Torch Lake, as well as only ~45 minutes from Traverse City so there is plenty to do if you are looking to go out. The cabin was cozy & relaxing, so you may just want to stay there the whole time. I would caution future guests to prepare yourselves for the drive in - it’s hidden in a wooded area, so your car may be stuck in the mud or blocked by fallen trees - just be prepared for that. Otherwise, this was the perfect getaway & we can’t wait to return!

Such an adorable cabin. Everything is there that you'd need and more. Cozy, warm and inviting. We were in a predicament, and Erin came to our rescue. We couldn't have been happier.

The setting is so idyllic and peaceful! The cabin is clean, well maintained and a fun place to hang out. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Michael was very responsive. He had courtesy to text before coming to the cabin. He has a great personality and very friendly. The cottage was beautiful, clean and peaceful which is what we were looking for . We had such a relaxing time that we are planning for next years trip and staying there. We had cottage 1 and what a beautiful view of the lake. My husband was able to fish with boat provided and enjoyed himself.. Overall wonderful experience. Thank you Michael.

Genuinely cannot speak highly enough of this location. Perfectly situated between Mackinaw and Traverse City, with enough private property on site to enjoy your down time. AC beat the heat wave, outdoor shower was amazing, and property was easy to find. STAY HERE!

Great area and close to the boat launch for Lake Skegemog. Hiking trails are only a few minutes away. We booked last minute and Dominic provided an immediate response. A simple, yet great place to stay. 👍

Sam’s place was great. Very clean and private place for us while visiting the surrounding areas. It was a short trip to Boyne City and Petoskey. Right near the highway (within a couple miles) but still feel like you are out in the woods.

Best Airbnb ever!! The location and view are incomparable and the house is comfortable and well-stocked. You could spend all day staring at the ever-changing lake from inside or from out on the deck, in the yard, or on the perfectly situated balcony. However, if you venture down to the beach you will be rewarded with even more stunning views and peaceful walks along the shore. I felt like we had the entire lake to ourselves most of the time. The sunsets are truly amazing! The Eastport market is convenient and offers beer, wine, liquor and a small deli counter as well as toiletries and pet supplies. I was especially pleased with the selection of Michigan wines—the Black Star Farms Pinot Noir Rose is a must! We also enjoyed getting fresh pastries, coffee, tea, burritos, and tamales at Providence Organic Farm and Market Cafe. Overall, I can’t imagine a better place to spend a fun family vacation or a quiet, restorative retreat!

Joe was a wonderful host and Joe’s place was a hidden paradise! It was quaint and modern at the same time. All amenities were spotless and functional. We enjoyed an entire week of water sports and even though we had a rainy day, it didn’t stop us from exploring and hiking the area. We had lots of privacy and felt extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, right between Torch Lake, Traverse City and Charlevoix! We even managed a day trip to the Leelanau wine estates. Joe provided recommendations throughout our stay.

Beautiful location right on Elk Lake. Very fun having other family's on the property to share with and get to know. The hosts were very friendly and helped with all our questions and needs. A very relaxing location.

This is a very beautiful place to stay with countless “up north” towns and attractions within a 30 to 45min drive. The view of the river from the lounge area was especially lovely in the mornings and evenings. We had multiple visits from the local deer and chipmunks (as an Aussie this was a a real treat). The interior had lovely decorations and felt very homely. All as described and has anything you might need. Larry is a top bloke and was very welcoming and happy to lend a hand if needed. Highly recommend!
