The living and dining rooms open out, through wide glass doors, to a substantial furnished patio & entertainment area, overlooking the sea and gardens below. The outdoor area includes a built-in BBQ (charcoal) and outdoor kitchen including a marble bar, refrigerator, and sink. In front of the living and dining room is a large infinity pool with sun loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas – all overlooking the sea. A private jacuzzi with amazing sea views completes the outdoor space. The main level also features one of the two master bedrooms including a luxurious bathroom that contains a stunning free-standing Apaiser marble tub and oversized custom tile shower. 17th Century Stone Cottage

A scenic fully restored 17th century traditional stone cottage in a peacfull location in the forest at the Northest part of Cephalonia (Antipata). From the beautiful terrace you can enjoy the view ofthe cypress forest, the sea, and also the stunning sunset. The cottage is located next to foot trails leading to different traditional villages and beaches and the closest one is Dafnoudi. In the center of the village which is 3 minutes on foot, you will find mini markets as well as some taverns.

Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.
