Family-friendly vacation rentals in Antigua Guatemala

The MOST BEAUTIFUL space, it’s truly one of the most remarkably designed spaces you could stay at. All the modern amenities, and the feeling of a lush villa right in Antigua. Easy to get to all shoppes, cafes and restaurants. Jack, the dog that lives on the property took us for walks around the neighborhood every single day! He was the highlight of our trip. Plenty of space for 4 people but it was just the 2 of us. Looks exactly like the photos. Having a washer and dryer was a super plus. And cleaning service available daily.

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine kleine, ruhige Oase in mitten des über die Ostertage doch recht trubeligen Antigua. Die Stadt ist in ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Weg ist auch nach EInbruch der Dunkelheit sicher. Jedenfalls haben wir uns in Antigua immer sicher gefühlt. Kleine Kinder sind nicht immer ruhig, aber das war hier überhaupt kein Problem. Im Gegenteil das Personal war sehr, sehr nett und freundlich. Der Service war hervorragend. und zu der Sauberkeit (ebenfals sehr gut) habe ich ja oben schon etwas gesagt. Er ein paar Tage oder - so wie wie wir - 2 1/2 Wochen in Antigua verbringen möchte, dem kann ich diese Unterkunft nur sehr empfehlen. Wir bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei Tom und seinem Team - muchisimas gracias!

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

Junto con mi familia pasamos un tiempo muy agradable, la casa es bastante cómoda para una familia pequeña, nos encantó el ambiente colonial tan único de Antigua, el residencial es bastante seguro y privado, las amenidades las mantienen en muy buen estado, la piscina y las áreas de juego hicieron el complemento perfecto para nuestra estadía. Boris nos apoyó en todo momento. Sin duda regresaremos en una próxima oportunidad.

Mooi karakteristiek huis met veel authentieke details, brand en brandschoon, goed uitgeruste keuken, goede ruime bedden met prettige lakens. Ligt iets buiten het centrum, uber rekent een kleine toeslag. Huis ligt aan een doorgaande weg met wat verkeersgeluiden. Vriendelijke tuinman loopt regelmatig door de tuin.

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed. The swimming pool was lovely and the accommodation felt very safe inside the gated community. Only a short 10-15 minute walk from the main square. Very good communication and clear instructions.

Lo pasamos muy bien. Lugar acogedor, zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a todos los servicios necesarios- Un trato amable por parte de los anfitriones.

If this was t our favorite Airbnb, it sure came close! The house is very comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were fantastic. We loved being right next to the ruins/church next door and walked over there several times. While it’s a bit of a hike to get to the markets on the other side of town, getting to Park Central is an easy walk, and it isn’t hard to find a tuk tuk for a ride. Other reviewers complained about motorcycles and church bells. My answer to that is that you are in a small city, and you have to expect some noise. The bells only rang in the morning to call people for mass, and we thought it was beautiful. They ring pretty early, so you can just go back to sleep if you want. Luis is a very responsive host and is obviously very eager for guests to have a good experience. There may be better places to stay in Antigua, but I won’t take the chance. We will be back!

Excelente alojamiento muy amable y el apartamento impecable

Wow- this place exceeded expectations! We were a party of 9- 4 adults and five teenagers- we rented the whole place and had plenty of room for all. It is gorgeous, beds are comfortable, courtyard is serene, kitchen had all of the tools to make breakfast each morning. Major bonus for our group, and my geologist husband, was the rooftop view of the volcano erupting at night!!! Antigua itself was a beautiful city that we explored by foot- restaurants were FABULOUS, and Oscar set us up with a market tour and cookling class that was delicious and memorable for all.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and at a great location, just a couple blocks away from everything which is good because you won’t hear anything at night. The place is at at a dead end street and it has parking. I appreciate the little touches like the first aid supplies and the main bedroom’s bed memory foam. Mynor was very responsive as well as Valentin. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was pristine and located within a hotel so there was good breakfast and every service a hotel has to offer, despite the property being a full 1 bedroom apartment.

The place was nice. It's in the city so nose should be expected, but I found that the loft was a little quieter than downstairs. the blankets were very warm. I enjoyed the view from the back balcony😊

I had a wonderful stay at Alotetango House. The service was excellent—staff were attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The facilities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the stunning view and the beautiful pool, which made for a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

La casa es espectacular, con unas vistas maravillosas, Héctor y Gladys fueron súper serviciales y atentos en todo momento! María fue súper comunicativa siempre y la casa estuvo implacable en todo momento durante nuestra estadía con todas las amenidades y comodidades para mi y mí familia. El lugar es un 100/10

Bonito alojamiento, bastante atención al detalle en el lugar, muy cómodo, respuesta inmediata y muy atento el anfitrión. solamente un pequeño inconveniente con la administración del edificio esto es ajeno al anfitrión, pero cuidado por cualquier minima distracción o descuido que no tenga que ver con romper las reglas de huésped en horario, ruidos o invitados etc cobraran multa en el edificio. (en mi caso fue solo por colocar un código incorrecto por un número al ingreso en el edificio)
