Great place to stay! out of the box place, everything needed even a coffee shop outside. Felt safe and confortable.

Very good location, close to Antigua, the village is very nice and the accommodation is spacious, complete and with a terrace. The host supported us when our car broke down.

My family and I loved this place. We enjoyed that it was in a great location and could get to some of Antiguas major sites from here easily. The place was spacious and we felt right at home. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Antigua.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Very quiet but only a few minutes from the centre of Antigua with all the restaurants and cafes. Hosts were really communicative and accommodating when our arrival was delayed. A great stay.

Will come back again! This is the perfect little house for a short trip. Location is great, within walking distance from everything you need.

Everything was great during the stay, the studio was very comfortable. Only the location is a little further away than I thought, not recommended for a single woman at night. It's best to travel during the day. It's on the street and there are some noises or conversations that feel like they're right next to you. This was clarified in the listing anyway. It would be nice to add an extra blanket or comforter.

Sofia was an excellent host. He was very kind to let us in 3 hours before check-in and to bring us a crib with blankets and a bathtub for our baby. He also offered us cleaning in the middle of the week, which I think is the first time this has happened to me on Airbnb, so we really appreciated it. The house is small but cozy and is very good for a couple. The garden is very nice but there are many mosquitoes. We missed having mosquito nets to be able to ventilate well. The accommodation is on a private street on the edge of the center, which makes the area quieter and more peaceful than the center. Everything is within walking distance, although without a car we would have liked a supermarket closer. However, in the opposite direction to the center there are amenities nearby and beautiful streets. In short, a very nice place with a host who cares about you having a good stay. We were very happy and would definitely repeat. Thank you

It was nice in the middle of everything easy for uber to get to it but hard for shuttle to find.. which was weird. One of my towels had hair on it but he was very responsive. They had all the movie Channels.. there’s is a Mexican restaurant right outside the gate. The store is on the corner. And the store/ restaurant on the corner has a really good cheeseburger and fries

My stay was excellent. The communication with the host was quick and clear from the start. The place was clean, well equipped and as shown in the photos. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the location was very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. I also really appreciated the little touches like the drinking water available and recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

Casita Candelaria was an amazing spot! We stayed a week before Semana Santa and were able to experience la procesión. Overall great experience and lovely host.

Please book them. They’ve made me feel like family. The place was clean. In a quiet area. They gave me more than I deserved. I needed a charger and they let me borrow theirs. The hosts are loving and pure. They answer very fast and they’re very supportive. Angel drove me around Antigua to help me get good. May a million dollars and more touch this household. God bless you. I sobbed when I had to leave.

Had a great stay at Lucia’s place. The reality matched the description. It had almost everything needed and was in a good location. The shower was hot and the WiFi very good! Loved that I could make filter coffee every morning (coffee and sugar was provided) Had everything I needed to cook meals. Lucía was super responsive and was kind enough to let me stay a little later at check out due to me having a late flight. The restaurant that it’s attached to is also great and the people who work there very friendly. I’ve made some suggestions to Lucía that would improve the listing even more (more towels provided for longer stays, changing the bulbs and adding table lamps/standing lamps in each room, for example) I’d stay here again if I ever return to Antigua.

It was an excellent stay! The place is quiet and without a lot of noise as it is not inside the main town helmet, without being very far from the center, only 7 min walk from the handicrafts market and 15-20 from the central park. In addition, the attention to detail in the apartment is incredible! A bottle of wine to welcome us, firewood in the fireplaces, lights adorning the patio and the equipped kitchen with everything you need (including a good coffee). We only stayed 2 adults and the space was ideal for a couple, I consider that 2 other people would fit since they have an extra bed, only a little tighter. The photos on the listing are accurate, with stained glass windows and attention to improve the experience. The attention was friendly and fast but not very flexible, which is understood by the care they give to the place, only would not be the option if they are looking for a different check-in/out than the listing. All and all, would always come back, a unique experience:)

Wow, what a great find! This apartment was exactly what we were hoping for during our stay in Antigua. The location is excellent, rain head shower is relaxing, hotel staff is so friendly and professional, grounds are beautiful, everything is very clean and well-kept, Lorenzo the parrot was our instant amigo, and we will definitely be back! This is a 5 min walk to the central plaza, and there are dozens of artisan shops, restaurants of all levels from casual to fine dining, coffee shops galore, and many tiendas in just the immediate area surrounding this place, not to mention greater Antigua. We walked everywhere and we always felt safe. You do not need to rent a car to stay here - you can walk to everything easily, and there Uber drivers or taxis for anything beyond a walk. Thank you to Ana Lucia for providing such a comfortable home away from home. We will definitely be back.
