Waterfront vacation rentals in Antigua

We had a lovely stay at Galleon Beach! The location is secluded enough that you can really slow down and relax, while close enough to English Harbour if you feel inclined to go out for dinner or find a cozy dockside bar. Feel like staying in? The Loose Cannon restaurant is also steps from the front door and the cottage has a small kitchen as well. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of rum punch - such a nice touch! The room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff (Talia and Jewel) were very helpful in offering restaurant and excursion recommendations as well. The unit is also a short walk from amazing hiking trails leading up to Shirley Heights and the Southernmost Point of Antigua and Barbuda, with the stunning Hercules Pillars right around the corner.

We loved staying with Tammie . Her place is very central and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in English harbour . The pictures don’t do her place justice . This is a self contained unit with everything you need to cook but at the same time being amongst all of the towns popular restaurants . There’s a sitting area outside to watch the world go by. It’s connected to Tammies restaurant which serves great food . I can’t recommend here enough .

We loved it here! We spent a week driving around the entire island - and while a lot of places are very beautiful and fun, we kept thinking how happy we were to stay in Dickenson Bay. The beach is right next to the resort - literally a minute away. The grounds are impeccable lots of pretty flowers, bushes and trees, with multiple workers taking care of the grounds daily. It’s fenced and felt very secure, with very pleasant security guards. Overall, can’t recommend this area and specifically this unit enough. There are 2 restaurants right next to the place, one also operating a bar. They have down-time between lunch and dinner (4 to 6) and we found that often places wanted reservations even when fairly empty. We did rent a car and would recommend you do the same, unless you are skittish about left-side driving and island roads. While the room is a little dated and isn’t fancy, it was perfect for our family of 3, a fantastic “home base” to explore the island from!

We really enjoyed our week at the property and found it exactly as represented in the photos. We have stayed numerous places in the Caribbean previously and the cleanliness and updated interior really stood out for us. We had numerous opportunities to chat and interact with Ralph and he was great. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

The views make this place simply amazing! We lived on the porch - it was our living room and dining room. After eating out for dinner for a couple of times at first, we chose to get street food or take away, and brought it back to the porch, because there is no restaurant that can beat the house views. Watching the cruise ships and cargo ships go in and out was spectacular. Lying in bed and opening your eyes in the morning to nothing but water out the window is indescribable. The house set up is great with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths - really private. Michelle left a variety of drinks in the fridge for our arrival, a really nice and appreciated gesture after a day of travel. We walked from the house to Fort Barrington (there is an easy/quick cut through on the beach) and from there to the beach at Deep Bay - beautiful. We had a rental car to explore the island - we went with the recommended airport pickup by Rasheed's car rental, with the car waiting for us at the house. So sad to leave!

Rochelle and her husband, were very helpful and responsive. Great location, very private. Just make sure that you have at least SUV vehicle because the road is very rough. Overall we had a great stay.

Hummimgbird is a small slice of paradise! The appartment is delightfully styled with a quality beach vibe, and all fittings and furnishings provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything was spotless, and worked effortlessly! The balcony is a wonderful place to sit and eat , read, doze overlooking the gardens to the bay-heaven! We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayak, which were an added bonus, as well as the shared pool, and we found Karen, Claire, Martin and Mark super responsive and helpful- especially as our flight was 3 hours late! Should we ever be lucky enough to return to Antigua we would most definitely head straight back to Hummingbird!

This property is located in the north finger so you definitely will need a car. I loved that it was quiet - although there was a refurb going on the noise was bearable. It was relaxing, a home from home and I would def recommend the property and return. The communication was commendable, clear and the owners were very accommodating. This was our first time in Antigua and I’m glad the accommodation was just right. Thank you so much

Absolutely perfect stay! My wife, two kids, and I had an amazing time at Elena’s villa. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Elena went above and beyond—even having basic groceries waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. Anytime we needed anything, she was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The location is unbeatable—just a few steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. The AC in every room was a huge bonus, especially after hot days at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would love to return

We had an amazing stay at Kamisiky House! It’s even more beautiful than the photos depict. Gary and Val have created a truly special place. Everything about this home is comfortable and well designed. We loved being close to nature — watching sweet, little birds fly around the property and spotting eagle rays at the private jetty were particularly special. The bedrooms are super comfortable, and we loved listening to all the tropical night sounds that lull you to sleep. The pool and view are absolutely fantastic. And the kitchen has everything you need to cook very comfortably at home (we also really enjoyed takeout from nearby Reggae Village). Valincy, the house manager, is always available by phone and right on time for check-in and check-out (Thank you, Valincy!) The only problem in the end was how sad we were to leave. We will definitely return!

We had a great stay at the villa. Spacious and comfortable rooms and great views of the sparkling bay. We loved watching sunrise and having a first swim before breakfast. The private access to the sea is amazing and comes with sunbeds for relaxing under the sun. Hung organized for us the transfer from/to airport, which was perfect. He also gave us information about car rentals. Long bay is 5 minute walk from the villa. The other beaches are at least 30 minutes drive. Our favourite one was Half Moon Bay. At night we could hear loud music from nearby resorts, but it usually ended at about 10 PM, so it wasn't a problem for us. Marilyn prepared for us delicious meals.

This is a beautiful villa located in a very quiet, newer development. The home is laid out well with large living areas, spacious bedrooms and baths. The upper and lower outside living area are particularly inviting with a large sectional on the upper area and a dining table on the lower area by the pool. Both with ocean views. The villa is fully air conditioned , which is a huge plus during the afternoons over the summer months. We did not end up using during our stay in April. The kitchen was fully equipped with all appliances, (classic coffee maker, commercial grade blender, etc.) The refrigerator made ample amounts of ice each day. The point I am making is, all appliances are modern and work well. The zero edge pool is full sized for 6 or 8 people, not some tiny thing. It overlooks a cove leading out into the Atlantic. All pool furniture is top of the line, fresh, clean and feeling new. The house manager was a special treat, genuinely interested in guest experience.

Coral View I had the pleasure of staying at Brooke’s villa - Coral View from 4- 13 Aug. Brooke and her house manager were an absolute dream to liaise with. Questions and advice asked were answered promptly. The villa was exactly like the pictures and it was extremely well stocked with utensils, bedding , towels, bathroom amenities. The villa was extremely comfortable and clean and the ceiling fans and air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is perfect close to beach, supermarket, restaurants and the pool. The villa was like a home away from home. I am looking forward to my next visit!!

Best vacation ever A slice of paradise Our stay at this beautiful villa in Jolly Harbour was amazing The villa was spotless modern and fully equipped with all the tech bells and whistles thanks to the incredible care from Leslie and Keith Everything was clean accessible and thoughtfully arranged The location was unbeatable The beach was stunning just steps away and the dock was perfect for renting a boat to explore the island We celebrated our son's 10th birthday here and it was a memory we will cherish forever The secure gated community gave us peace of mind and we loved the amenities There is a gym across the street and a 9 hole golf course nearby I even enjoyed a round of golf with my son which was a highlight Ita the property manager was excellent always available and quick to respond to all our questions Her support made everything seamless

We had an amazing time at Sara's place. She gave great recommendations and always super responsive. My favorite part was the back patio that looks out into the ocean. Also the breeze and sound from the water is amazing at night. I will definitely be going to this place again!

Location, location, location! The deck of this condo is directly over the water, overlooking a beautiful secluded beach. Walking distance to a cool old fort and another lovely beach. The pool area is very nice, as well. We had a blast in this comfortable (though not fancy) home.

12 Marina Bay is a lovely apartment with fantastic views! The location is great with two beaches and restaurants/bars within walking distance. There are free loungers for the nearest beach. We spent most evenings on the balcony watching the incredible, ever-changing views over the Caribbean Sea and small inlet we were living above. The apartment had everything we needed and Snezana was nearby to help with anything else we required, including a lift to the nearby, well-stocked supermarket. I would not hesitate to recommend this for a vacation.

Sarah was very responsive and very helpful, throughout. The location is perfect, the Villa is very nice and spacious, with a spacious balcony overlooking the pond to one side and the beach to another side. The beautiful Dickenson Bay Beach is only one minute’s walking distance. The kitchen has everything required for the self-catering needs, bathrooms and bedrooms are very satisfactory. The whole place is very welcoming.

The home looked like it did in the photos. It was clean, had supplies that we would need. Stacy was very responsive and accommodating. The hole is in a great location. It is quiet, there is a grocery store within walking distance; there a fine restaurants in the complex; the are local vendors; it is on the bus route; close to the beach.

We can’t say enough about Vanessa and her lovely condo. She was so helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to accommodate us in her beautiful condo. It was so much more than we expected and we will not hesitate to book this place again the next time we’re in Antigua. Highly recommend!!!

This place was a great stay for me and my family. The view off the balcony was amazing and truly beachfront. The staff was attentive and made our week long stay comfortable and enjoyable. It also looks better in person than the pictures so that's a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa just a couple of minutes from the beach and within a 15 minute walk of several great marina side restaurants. The local beach is fantastic, watching the sunset in the evening with a cocktail from Sandra's beach bar was magical and the location of the villa is perfect. We managed to explore much of the island and were left in no doubt that we were staying in the perfect location in terms of the proximity of many of the best beaches on the island. Chelsey and Jenny were very helpful and the accommodation was perfect, we wouldn't have changed a thing. The large deck in particular was fantastic, a lovely place to start and end the day. Hopefully one day we will be lucky enough to return.

We enjoyed staying at Marjorie's place. We were welcomed with the sweetest papayas and bottles of water. Thank You Marjorie!!! The view from the patio downstairs was serene. The home was clean and had everything you would need for your convenience. If needed, there is a washer and dryer available. We enjoyed dinner at Al Porto, the recommended restaurant. The nearby Epicurean supermarket has everything you needed. We walked/jogged and visited the beach. When it rained we stayed in to watch TV. We had a hiccup with the TV and also an unexpected visit from Kadean, who came by to collect a box which was connected to the T.V. This was a bit uncomfortable but quickly resolved. Craig, our co-host, later came out to help us with the T.V and he was then able to confirm, Kadean's visit. Kadean came by mid-week to change linen and re-fresh. This was an added touch. Everything is as advertised. We absolutely recommend Marjorie's place and would stay here again. Book it!!!!
