Situated on a hobby farm, this cozy cottage offers a peaceful setting close to all the highlights Cape Breton has to offer! Clean, fresh and comfy. We have closed for the winter months. The Forge

The Forge is nestled on the north side of the tranquil Boughton River. The 105 acre farm is perfect for outdoor activities like snowshoeing but also great for viewing wildlife. Bald Eagles frequent the nearby forest, so a camera is recommended. The Forge gets its name from its roots as a working blacksmith shop established in 1826. It was remained active until 1980s.
