Nice little house with a beautiful view of the lake. The place is quiet and relaxing. The decor is minimalist, a little cold. The whole place is clean, you just have to sweep the dust off the ground floor a little when you settle in. My husband, 22-year-old son and I had a lovely 4-day relaxing stay. The stay was great. We were there as a family. 5 adults and we had a great time together but also the opportunity to be on our own. Two showers, 2 toilets and everything very clean. A spacious, inviting apartment with everything you need. On foot you were in the pretty old town in a few minutes and had no stress about finding parking😆. In addition, the contact was very easy and you got a quick answer. I thought it was very nice that Laetitia and Jöel drove here on the last day to greet us personally. All in all highly recommended.

We had a great time, the apartment is in a great location. We recommend. Easy to access, parking is less than 10 meters away. Jean-Marc is always available for all your questions. Direct access to the lake, no need to take the car. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. The apartment is in line with the listing.

Very clean and functional accommodation. Arrived independently but Magaly had left us the instructions for our stay, and she remained reachable for any information needs. Located close to shops, restaurants, Les Aigles du Léman and Port de Sciez. We were able to do everything on foot. Close to the road but without the inconvenience of noise, the accommodation is set back in a quiet area. A nearby restaurant (la ferme des alpes) not to be missed.

Excellent stay in this lovely little studio decorated and equipped with care. All comforts close to the lake, mountains and very quiet and well insulated despite its direct proximity to the road! We highly recommend it!

We like everything. Private parking in front of the studio. Everything is new and well decorated. All the necessary utensils in the kitchen. We love everything.

We had a great weekend at Morgane's apartment. It is wonderfully well located to enjoy Yvoire on foot. The view of the port is exceptional and the terrace on the castle side is perfect for eating in peace. Parking advice: arrive before 9:30 a.m. or after 6:30 p.m. to have a place in the ramparts parking lot for €3/day.

Excellent stay at Fabien's, very responsive and attentive host. His apartment is in a good location, very well-equipped, cozy and impeccable. Don't hesitate if you want to visit this beautiful area, the accommodation is great for spending a few days in Thonon and its surroundings.

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Strolling along the Lac Leman walk was so enjoyable and there is so much to do, nearby. We'll return for sure! Thank you so much, Ben!

Had a wonderful stay at Thierry’s place. They greeted us in person at check in and showed us around. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our toddler including crib, high chair. They even let us know in advance that we could check out a little later than 11 am which was highly appreciated especially with a toddler. They were wonderful and extremely thoughtful hosts. Would highly recommend!!

Great stay in Haute Savoie. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped for families, it is close to Evian, Thonon and Yvoire which makes it easy to visit this beautiful region. Sophie is always reachable and the instructions she communicates are excellent for enjoying the stay. I recommend it.

We felt right at home in Sylvie’s place! She had thoughtful touches for our kids, gave us flexible check-in/check-out times, and was always really responsive. The place is very well equipped. Private parking is a huge plus. The apartment stayed cool despite the summer heat. Location is perfect for visiting the region.
