Villa vacation rentals in Anthousa

A wonderful villa that is highly recommended. Dora and Eirini were perfect hosts. On arrival a thoughtful selection of supplies was provided. These were most appreciated. The villa is spacious and comfortable. All necessary amenities were available including a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside is a proper swimming pool that is very secluded. The terrace has amazing views with plenty of shade. Great for relaxing or dining al fresco. The villa is around 200m above sea level, reached by a narrow road. This was an experience to drive at first, but we soon became used to it. Overall: 10/10

We have just come back from our first time on Paxos. Villa Thea was perfect, great views out to see. Peaceful surroundings with lovely flowers and olive trees. The pool made the holiday. The walk to Loggos or Marmari beach (well worth a visit) was 20 minutes down a tarmac road. We didn’t attempt the walk back up to the villa due to the heat and how steep it was, so we found Christos taxi’s brilliant as they could seat 6 of us. Plus we were often carrying supplies for the villa. Lots of space for 6 of us. No WiFi but we found using our uk data was fine. Or you can buy a local SIM from a shop in Lakka There are cats on the island and a few hung around the villa. They didn’t bother us, just sunbathing in the garden. They were fed by a local lady. Would definitely stay in this villa again and thoroughly recommend to others. Paxos is a stunning island and not overcrowded for August, the local people were so kind and helpful

Directly on the beach with a private pool, garden with incredible olive trees, and parking…need I say more? We stayed 4 nights in March during the off season, it could not have been more quiet and peaceful. The home is the quintessential beach house with everything that my family needed, simple, clean, and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sitting under the pergola by the pool listening to the waves. Communication with Spiros was easy and quick. Something to note during the off season, everything in this village was closed for the season, as were many amenities on the island. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Corfu.

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids,lots of space for us all and the bunk rooms fantastic for kids. Views from indoor space looking out towards beach and gardens is a little piece of paradise. As soon as you enter the property you can feel there's something special about it. The furnishings are very tasteful, but comfortable ,and colour scheme calming. We had plenty of space for our group with outside areas for the kids to let off steam as its right on the beach which is amazing, with outside dinning options.perfect for relaxing. We cooked in or found some local places to eat,had walks and just relaxed. Would love to enjoy the hospitality of this villa again at summer,as our time was not long enough and we hope to come back. Villa mit einem traumhaften Blick und tollem Pool. Verschiedene, schöne Strände sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren Ende Oktober da und konnten noch ins Meer und zur jeder Tageszeit in den beheizten Pool.

Elena est une hôte exceptionnelle ! Ses conseils pour la location d'un bateau ou d'une voiture, pour les restaurants et supermarchés sur l'île et pour l'organisation de notre voyage sont excellents et très utiles. La communication est très facile avec Elena. Nous avons été accueillis dès notre arrivée au port par Spyros qui nous a accompagnés à la villa. La maison est parfaite pour 4 ou 5 personnes, la vue est magnifique. Le ménage durant le séjour a été fait plusieurs fois, ce qui est très appréciable. La villa est située dans une petite baie et le soir il y a 2 restaurants qui sont accessibles à 10 min de marche. Une petite crique peu fréquentée se situe à 4 min à pied et nous a permis de nous baigner tous les matins. Gaios est à 10 min de voiture. Merci encore à Elena pour son accueil.

My family and I have just returned from a fabulous 10 days at Villa Evanna. Yannis was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, from taking us food shopping, arranging our taxi from the airport, electric tripped and he was there within minutes. Not to mention the groceries in the fridge and a pizza delivery when we arrived as we were late. He came every morning to clean the pool area and Emma came each day to clean, make beds etc. we cannot fault any aspect of our trip or the outstanding hospitality. The immediate surroundings of the villa are quiet and a little ‘rustic’ but the riverside (5mins walk) is really lovely and very reasonable. We took a boat trip to Paxos and Antipaxos on the advice of our driver. The island of Paxos is beautiful with fantastic scenery and turquoise waters. We walked to the port which took us about 25 minutes, but thankfully there is a very nice café port side. Kavos is about 7 mins in a taxi and cost 10 euros and we ate in Tomata (recommended also).

A very high spec villa with wonderful finishes and great cooling system which made the villa comfortable even in very high temperatures. A stunning view and friendly local supermarket and bakery. The owner left very thoughtful food gifts and very helpful tips and advice for the stay and the villa was cleaned by a lovely lady mid week. I would not recommend the villa for anyone with younger kids and the pool more of a plunge pool to cool down rather than a place to stay and play for the whole day. Car essential given the steep hill up.

We had a wonderful 10 days in Villa Claire. It is a stunning Villa with a beautifully developed pool and garden area that lends itself to everyone sitting around and relaxing together. Theres lots of shaded areas for the hottest parts of the day so people don’t have to go inside to escape the heat and the attention to detail in the outdoor surrounds of the villa were second to none. As a family of 7 adults, we had more than enough space for everyone both inside and out. The location was lovely, remote enough to have a wonderful element of escapism but a 5 minute drive to the lovely Benitses which has lovely restaurants and beaches and a lovely holiday feel without having to go into Corfu town which is very hot and overcrowded in August as its peak season. Would highly recommend Villa Claire and we look forward to returning some time in the future.

This was our second visit to Amalia’s - obviously we loved it the first time and came back for more! Amalia contacted us before we arrived and organised a taxi from the port and we were met at the villa. Great location - easy walk to Gaios. We’ll be back for a third visit.

We had a wonderful few days in this magical place. The villa and grounds were just as their pictures, if not even better. There was a great sense of peace and tranquillity with the outstanding views and the privacy of our own pool was an added bonus. Our host, Angelos, is a true gentleman. He was so welcoming and friendly and gave us loads of suggestions and information about the island so we could really make the most of our trip. It's just a shame that six stars is not an option on this site!! :-) Can't recommend this beautiful place highly enough. Shane

Ioanna’s place was perfect location, on the cliff looking over the beautiful ocean just 5 min drive from Gaios. There was a semi-private bay at the bottom and the house was more than large enough for 6. She was very helpful in coordinating our cars and 2 boat days as well. The kitchens were a little poorly stocked which made it slightly challenging when cooking for 6 but we still made it work. One of the bathrooms also had a broken shower curtain but again it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the stay was lovely and Ionna was very helpful.

Great location and lovely villa. Short walk to Loggos and the many nice restaurants. Nearest beach a short walk down the hill.

A dream house in Corfu, where nature surrounds you. A happy experience where Aimilianos and his team make the unbeleavable effort and support to let us feel we're like at home. Very proactive to our constant needs and enquieries, solving everyday's challenges. Cleanless of pool was amazing, spacious place for having fun and BBQ. Access is made by several itineraries but still need a transportation. Location close to major sites and sightseeing, close to airport and Old Town. Maybe a cleaning service could have been included in the fare when staying a full week?! Thank you for creating a bulk of great memories in Corfu.

Very nice home, everything is new, very clean, the pool is amazing, Stefanos is great very friendly and always there to help. Really recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sunlight. We came with 6 people and 2 cars. There are 2 parking spaces right in front of the apartment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the apartment looks even bigger in reality than in the photos. The apartment is in a quiet location and has a beautiful terrace with a fantastic view. We also really liked the pool. The only problematic thing is that the path to the nearby beach is not so easy to reach on foot because of the street you have to walk on. But by car you can be at the beach in just a few minutes.

We always do Airbnb and this one was the best! We had the most perfect time at Spyro’s Villa, with crazy beautiful views !!! From any room! The pool is gated and amazing! Each bedroom is very well appointed, clean, charming, and very spacious. The three bathrooms were also very well appointed, as were the kitchen and living room. WiFi is excellent; we had a few Zoom meetings with no issues. The location is peaceful on a hill, in a beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, lovely tavernas, and a beautiful restaurant, so a small supermarket with all you need. You can walk and take the bus, but a car is useful to have as there are many hills. At the bottom of the street, you can hire a car. As we are six, we did use a local agency at the airport. We needed a minivan. Driving was easy and I felt safe. Sevina answered any questions instantly and was lovely to deal with, so Spyros. We will be back! Hi, I highly recommend Spyro’s villa!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à la villa Katina, des vacances reposantes dans un endroit magnifique et au calme, avec vu époustouflante sur la mer, comme sur les photos ! Le logement était parfait, nous vivions beaucoup dehors et les extérieurs sont bien adaptés. La maison était très propre et bien équipée. L'équipe àa été parfaite, disponible et réactive ! Encore un grand merci ! ☺️

Would recommend this place, it’s exactly as pictured, has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay with friends. Due to the storm the internet was out and Spyridon was very apologetic about that even though it was out of his control. As our flight came in late and we were hungry, Spyridon was kind enough to give us a lift to the nearest local restaurant. All his instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would stay in more of Spyridon’s properties as property was very clean, had the most beautiful views of the hills in the morning and Spyridon was also kind enough to leave us some breakfast bits for the following morning.
