The apartment has a lot of character and charm with an exceptional panoramic view of Tana. It is located in the heights of Tana away from noise and pollution and very close to the Museum of Photography and the Queen's Palace. The apartment is very airy and bright, and what a pleasure to enjoy the balcony for breakfast or a drink at the end of the day. The bed is very comfortable and the antique furniture is beautiful. Pascale's apartment is a little gem that doesn't leave it insensitive. We put our bags there and fell in love. In addition, the person who takes care of the maintenance is adorable, as are the caretakers. We found our pied-à-terre in Tana.

Family apartment with 2 bedrooms

The rooms were as described in the listing. All utilities were in working condition during the entire time of my stay and there was no electricity or water cut. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the pick up from the airport went very smoothly with no confusion. There was a feeling of family while I was there. Plenty of shops and places to get food nearby within walking distance, and there is security despite the fact that it was generally safe for me to be there. Every room I had seen or used was clean. Bathroom has both warm and cool water for shower, and the view from the upper level room windows and rooftop are spectacular. I had other places in mind for renting before I decided at the last minute it was probably best I chose this place, which was a good decision overall. Another thing I liked was that it is difficult for mosquitoes and insects to enter unless you allow them to. Many other places in town do have mosquitoes and / or occasional power and water cuts.

Friendly and responsive host made the check in process seamless. Place was clean and had decent WiFi and with good shower pressure and hot water. Location was in a peaceful area no problems falling asleep, would definitely recommend!

Our stay was really impeccable, Mr Danny is of unparalleled understanding and kindness, we felt at home we had the freedom to move. Housekeepers are responsive, as are caretakers. The villa fully matches the photos, the beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable and the wifi works perfectly and the power outage in Madagascar did not affect us because Mr. Danny uses a generator. In short, our stay with Mr. Danny was very pleasant.

We spent two peaceful months in Areï's apartment. Mr. Maharavo was always very available and helpful. We appreciated his service and kindness. Quiet place with garage, accessible by car recommended. Cleanliness and comfort as described. The plus is the very practical washing machine as well as the large terrace overlooking the Rova. Recommended accommodation without hesitation.

A great stay in this comfortable, clean and perfectly equipped place. The welcome was warm and attentive, with great availability from the host throughout the stay. The place was exactly as described, in a quiet and well-located area, ideal for resting or discovering the surroundings. Everything was there to feel at home. I highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to come back the next time I visit!

Central location + comfort ✅ Balcony access from the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. WiFi, hot water, washing machine, smart TV, etc... The merchants in the streets make way quite rapidly if you're coming in with a car. The guards are also attentive to the entrance gate of the building. Short walking distance from La Gastro d'Analakely (Pietra) and Super U. Upper floor with nice view. Only stairs though. Self-checkin and self-checkout ✅

it's a very nice place. sometimes there can be issues with overall Madagascar internet and power but Nina has gone beyond herself to assist and solve these problems. I definitely recommend to visit!

Alexandre's place was very beautiful and modern in a nice neighborhood of Antananarivo. The apartment was great but sadly we didn't have running water during our stay since there was a major break in the water line. This is very common in Antananarivo so I can't fault Alexandre but it still put a damper on our stay. Luckily Victor the guardian helped us out by bringing some water buckets. Overall I think the apartment is great but would have liked to be advised of some issues before the stay.

Great apartment for great price, very helpful staff living near this apartment. all good we are very happy ;) only tv was not working for all our stay and there were power cuts so there was no electricity even for almost all day but water was working all the time. Good place

A magical break in the heart of Antananarivo We stayed at the Penthouse in Antananarivo and were blown away by the 360° views of the city — absolutely spectacular! (The stairs to get there really well). The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable, and located in a secure neighborhood, which allows you to enjoy the stay in peace. The hot tub also allows you to have a relaxing moment after a beautiful day exploring the city. A huge thank you to Haja and his wife, who were of remarkable kindness and kindness. Their warm welcome really made all the difference and made our experience even more beautiful. Louisette, the owner is very professional and responsive if you send her a message, she works with a very nice driver, Mr Zozila who will be happy to pick you up from the airport and take you back and why not make you discover the city. I would this place.
