The accommodation, pleasant and comfortable, is completely new and well-equipped. On a surface area of 40 m2, on the ground floor you will find a bright living room including an equipped kitchen with a dining and relaxation area, a shower room and a bedroom. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, a living room with sofa bed and TV. The bay window will offer you a view of the garden shared with the owners. The private terrace faces south and has various outdoor amenities.

House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

The floor is also a large room with bathroom area, dressing room and bed for 2 people (180 x 200) and a toilet with hinged door. The house is located in a secure property, with parking, a small private garden at the front of the house. The village is quiet, close to Tournai, Kortrijk and Lille.

10 min from Lille, our studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The house is located in a quiet and residential area. You can park for free in front, unlike Lille where the entire city center is paid and limited in time. You can also take the bus to Lille (in about 20 minutes). The studio is very bright. You will have your own bathroom and kitchen (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc...). Welcome to all guests!
