Anse Mitan Beach is 20 meters away. From the furnished terrace, you can enjoy a sea view and the bay of Fort-de-France from the table or from the garden furniture. The very well-equipped kitchen, complete with a bar, opens onto the large living room and the terrace.

Charming, fully equipped studio with sea view, with pool access, located 200 m from the beach, shops and the shuttle to Fort-de-France. Note: Located on the heights of Anse Mitan (in a quiet area), the residence is accessed by a fairly steep sloping road. By car, you have to be comfortable driving on hilly roads. Access on foot remains very easy (5 to 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants).
