Beachfront vacation rentals in Anse Mitan

Week of May 10 to 17, 2025 in Carbet. Superb location! Close to bakery and restaurant Petibonum and rum shop Neison. Beautiful sea view and proximity! Place near St-Pierre and Morne Rouge for a lot of sightseeing! Bring water shoes as there are pebbles up to 5 meters away in the sea. Very long beach for walking without sargassum. Nice apartment and full of amenities for the beach. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Maybe there should be an outdoor shower to remove sand when returning from the beach. Apartment as pictured. Thanks for a great week's vacation! We will definitely go back!

My partner and I had an amazing stay! Isabel is very responsive and gave us excellent recommendations. The apartment is ideal, incredible view, quiet and very well-equipped! Our arrival was easy and the residence is beautiful.

A real favorite for this bungalow, its tranquility, its decor, its view, its bedding, the spa much appreciated after a big day of sightseeing, the kayak to go see the iguanas at Chancel Island (a little heavy to go down and up the path even with the wheels, but we got there!). We were able to enjoy the barbecue and meet on the terrace anolis, gecko, toad… Thanks to Florent for his friendly, fast and efficient welcome. The area is ideal for visiting La Trinité, the Caravelle peninsula, Sainte Marie and its tombolo, the Clément house, the François, the Fonds Blancs, the Josephine bathtub…

I had a great time in Sylvie and José's villa basement. José was the one who greeted me, and he was very flexible with me! The accommodation itself was superb: very well decorated, well located, with exclusive access to a terrace, an outdoor hammock and of course the pool with sea view! I enjoyed my stay!

A great charm of this typical Creole hut. The place is quiet and secure, a superb beach 2 m away on foot. Agnes and Claude are charming and attentive hosts who take care of their guests. In short, a real paradise with hummingbirds and lush vegetation!

We spent 3 very relaxing days at Hélène's, the accommodation was as described, a nice wooden chalet in which you immediately feel good, surrounded by nature, many birds including the famous hummingbirds. The place was very clean and with everything you need. Hélène is a lovely, caring host who welcomes you as if you've always been there. It's a very lively place with neighbors, family, friends of Hélène and at the same time very quiet. It feels like home! Delivery of fresh coconut upon arrival that we were able to taste right away. Thank you again Hélène for your kindness, it is a place we will definitely stay again if we return to Martinique.

A beautiful stay at David's place. Everything was compliant and the view was just beautiful! A little noisy on weekends due to comic book events, but calm comes back around 10pm, otherwise it's peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The garden and pool offer a haven of peace, surrounded by Martinique's nature… You immediately feel like you're on vacation. Thank you again for hosting us, we recommend this place without a second thought!

Best Airbnb rented to date! This villa is absolutely splendid and the views are breathtaking. Anse d'Arlet is super quiet, and well located for visiting the other villages and beaches around. We loved snorkeling with turtles and fish, the fresh fish market, the beautiful Diamant beach, but most of all, we always looked forward to returning to the villa to enjoy the pool and the view… thank you for a great stay!!

A PERFECT stay. Very high quality hosts; super welcoming and present as needed to help us organize our trip. Very good time spent together and especially an idyllic setting. Big + for the salt pool, very pleasant; the view and vegetation of the garden, exotic; as well as an ideal location to make the most beautiful coves of our stay. I recommend 110% away.

We had a lovely stay! Amélie was a great help on several points before our arrival and at the very beginning, which we really appreciated. She offered us a ti punch on arrival which was delicious. The proximity to the beach, which can be reached on foot, and the pool was also definitely a plus.

The place was just as we expected and looks exactly like on photos. Right next to the BlackDiamond pool area. + Would recommend this. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place. It was quite close to most of the beautiful beaches and important areas and we had free access to the pool downstairs. Clement was super kind and responsive :) There are a lot of similar apartments right next to each other so if you’re looking for a quiet and private area this might not be for you. The kitchen is on the balcony and you have all that breathtaking view while having your meals or sipping your morning coffee. -Not really a quiet area. There were parties in the weekends and strangers from parties came up and were knocking on our door during the night sometimes. The music is very loud, but during the weekdays or when there aren’t any parties, it is quiet and kind of peaceful. We have read in reviews about the parties and we still decided that it would be okay for us. Thank you! :)

Very nice stay at Olivia's! Good hosting, clear instructions, and we appreciated that the host answered our questions well and quickly. The place was very good, with the private terrace. We really enjoyed the pool area. Also, the restaurants on the beach 5 minutes' walk are worth trying, as well as the pizzeria and bakery! Very good location to easily visit several tourist sites. Thank you!

We had a great time at the villa! The location is great with beautiful views of the diamond beach. The house is as described. The whole family had a lovely time between the beach and the pool, the kids (and the grown-ups) were excited!! I highly recommend this place from Philippe! Simply the best property you can find in Martinique. We were greeted by great hosts, who were always available and caring. The setting is beautiful, it's a little slice of isolated paradise. We will be back without hesitation! A big thank you to both of you!

We were warmly welcomed on arrival with a small welcome gift. The accommodation is functional, clean and well-located. The air conditioning worked well throughout our stay.

This location was very convenient for exploring Martinique. The hosts were warm and welcoming. Beaches, restaurants and tours were within easy walking distance. There were other beaches and distilleries within easy driving distance. We chose this location because of the view of the marina and enjoyed watching the boats coming and going. We recommend this listing to anyone who is looking for a relaxed and comfortable visit to Martinique.

A very big thank you to Véronique and Phillipe for their hospitality as we rarely see and these moments of sharing and conviviality! Warm, smiling, very responsive… everything was perfect, the whole experience offered, the setting is adorable, very quiet, "feet in the water". A big 10/10, I highly recommend it!
