Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Anse La Raye

Great stay, the accommodation is well located and easy to access by car, a VUS is recommended in my opinion, as the roads are very rocky, narrow and poorly maintained. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. Our host was very responsive and provided good advice. Great value for money.

Adela is very hospitable and kind. She helped us switch accommodations when the bed in the first place we rented was very uncomfortable. We appreciate that so much. The rental by the pool is beautiful. Roomy and very clean and comfortable. The pool is such a pleasure to come home to on a hot, humid night. The grounds are lovely, with trees and play things for kids. Thank you Adela for making our last few days special.

We had a wonderful week at this house. We were a big group (8 family members) and there was plenty of space and privacy for all of us, as well as great gathering spaces in the common area. The house staff was friendly and helpful, from George organizing our transportation and activities (our favorite was boat day) to Bertilla cooking amazing meals to Katherine keeping our spaces clean and tidy. George made our arrival and checkout easy and the whole staff was accommodating all week even when the group had varying wants and needs. The food is not included in the price of the house but the staff always kept receipts for groceries purchased (either for Bertilla’s meals or for our requests) and split amongst our group, we got all our meals and food/drink for a very reasonable price. There is no air conditioning at the house but the open air rooms at night were cool enough for us to sleep comfortably, and it really felt like we had the secluded rainforest all to ourselves. Highly recommend!

Great location...walk to downtown...personal checkin .. helpful security guard -they provieded some provisons...eggs, hot dogs, bacon, veggies.

We loved our stay at La Batterie. The setting and view are perfect. We just wished we had stayed for longer. Mike provided a plethora of information about the villa, activities and the local areas, and also organised our transfer. La Batterie’s staff Stephanie, Bibi, Terry and BK looked after us so well. Stephanie’s cooking was delicious, I am missing itnow we’re home.

Our 6 nights with our group of four found Jonathon’s place spacious, comfortable with a fantastic outlook from the living area over the forest and out to sea. Jonathon was extremely personable and we found him approachable, friendly and willing to help us out with his local knowledge. A hire car is an advantage to enable you the freedom to explore this beautiful island. An added bonus is Adeline’s art cafe so close.
