Le Minot is located on the 1st floor of a typical Marseille house built in the 1950s, this fishermen's hut was inhabited by the families of the port of Vallon des Auffes. Located on Traverse du Frioul, one of the most charming alleys in the 7th arrondissement, leading directly to the Corniche Kennedy, it is a popular place for Marseillais. Family-friendly and quiet neighborhood, you can enjoy all the local and artisanal shops as well as the small neighborhood restaurants!

Peaceful beachfront getaway on the Corniche Kennedy. Views of the Benedetti Garden, quiet and cool. Located halfway walking distance (5 minutes) from Catalans Beach and Malmousque Cove. There are all the amenities around. Bus (83) is at the foot of the building towards the Old Port or the Prado. Bus 82s from Les Catalans will take you to St Charles train station (and vice versa). Studio furnished and close to all shops and restaurant. It includes a shower,toilet, a mezzanine bed , fridge and hob, and microwave. It is only 5 minutes from the sea, located on the corniche between the Catalan,Prophet and Prado Beach. There is wifi. There is no television or Parking Space provided. Please note that the studio is next to a house that is rented to a business mon- friday you may hear people entering through the front gate between 8:30- 10:00 am.

Villa set back from the Corniche, completely renovated by an architect, with magnificent sea views. Large volumes, very bright, located 50 m from the big blue (direct access by stairs), it overlooks a small terraced garden. Large terrace facing the sea. Parking is available directly in front of the house to load your vehicle, and a few meters away for long-term parking (free). During school holidays, weekly bookings are given priority.

Sea house, Malmousque Neighborhood

Nice and cozy house a one minute walk to the sea. It has a large terrace, sea view. It consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and bathtub and on the upper floor a small shower room with sink and toilet. On the ground floor, there is the cloakroom but also a large space for a stroller or several bikes. We have lived in this house for 12 years and we have taken care of the decoration in order to feel good there.

100m from the water in the city center of Marseille, my apartment is located in Malmousque, a district containing many treasures of old Marseille. We like to get lost in the maze of its alleys. These all seem in one way or another to lead to a small cove or small fishing port.
