Vacation rentals in Ano Pavliana

Diese Unterkunft ist von der Lage und dem Ausblick etwas ganz Besonderes! Ich konnte gar nicht aufhören auf das Meer zu blicken, Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Christina kam 5x/ Woche um zu reinigen, damit hatten wir gar nicht gerechnet. Sie und auch Panos, der Poolmanager, waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns Tipps für die Umgebung. Auch Marc war vorher erreichbar und sehr freundlich in der Kommunikation. Das kleine Häuschen liegt am Hang und ist vom Parkplatz aus über Treppen nach oben erreichbar. Es ist klein, aber fein. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Die Sitzecke (Sofa) könnte größer sein, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist, ist nur für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Wir waren zu viert als Familie dort, aber auch das war ok! Die 2 Schlafzimmer hatten jeweils ein kleines Bad. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben die wunderschöne Lage sehr genossen. We stayed a month in the view ruby and it was super comfortable, great location, easy secure parking, incredible views to watch the amazing sunsets or storms roll in and lots of favourite cafes restaurants and bars within 5 min walk - not to mention blocks from the beach! The wifi was fast, balcony spacious and the egg chair was my favourite spot for a morning coffee or evening drink. Fajken and Tea were amazing and hospitable hosts, helped us out with any questions we had and checking in often, but not too much, to see if we needed anything. We’ll be back!

We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

Το κατάλυμα της Μαρίας στο χωριό Βελοναδες ήταν πολυ καθαρό , σε ήσυχο και χαλαρωτικό περιβάλλον, προσφέροντας όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι για την διαμονή, ο οικοδεσπότης πολυ κατατοπιστικός , πρόθυμος να σου εξηγήσει ότι ρωτούσες . Η τοποθεσία του αν και φαίνεται ότι είναι λίγο απομακρυσμένη , τελικά είναι σε παρα πολυ καλό σημείο για να εξερευνήσεις τη βόρεια Κέρκυρα .

Karina is the best in communication there is no waiting around for a answer. Every time I needed an information She was always there. I was there for a month. The apartment is spacious with nice windows. The internet good enough I worked online every day.The building is new and very close to the beach. I enjoyed the place and could come back! Wir hatten einen Tollen Aufenthalt bei Eleni. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Weg dorthin ist gut beschildert. Man hat seine Ruhe. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Unterkunft macht einen neuen renovierten Eindruck. Eleni ist sehr freundlich und hat uns einige nützliche Tipps (Restaurants, Strände) gegeben. Sie war immer schnell erreichbar. 10/10

Muy recomendado!!! El apartamento es muy limpio, espacioso, acogedor🏠 La terraza es una maravilla y tiene unas vista muy lindas al mar. Igli y su esposa son muy amables y atentos.

Centrally located, very spacious and comfortable apartment with amazing views over the Mediterranean Sea to Corfu from the balcony, where I sat and had breakfast every morning. Ana was there to meet me and to show me how everything worked. She was very friendly. She made great recommendations for a trip to Butrint to see the Roman ruins, which I took the next day. I would thoroughly recommend staying here!
