Cozy 'Dutch Style' Loft in Hilversum

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

The apartment is situated in a little fishermanns house from 1905 in a typical cosy authentic neighbourhood in the centre of Zandvoort. The house is totaly renovated in 2016/2017 and updated in 2021. It meets all modern standards. Near the beach, busstation, trainstation, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.

I transformed this '19th century hay attic' on the second floor into a comfortable home (My 12 year old son and I live here). It is very light and spacious. The neighbourhood is filled with delis, bars and restaurants. Rijks, Stedelijk, van Gogh museum and the canals are around the corner. So are bike rentals, canal cruises, Paradiso and Concertgebouw.
