We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood . It was very clean and the neighborhood was peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. It worked out wonderful. We’re really glad that we picked this location for our stay in Springfield Virginia. The backyard. Was great for dogs. The fence worked out. I give the house nothing but good praises ! Tyler’s place is definitely worth five stars. It’s extremely clean, very spacious, beautifully furnished, and has all the accommodations you need. I’ve got a group of four or five friends who visit a different city every year to watch a baseball game and we were lucky to find this place. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood with a short Uber ride to and from the Mall in DC. We typically will cook breakfast and dinner at home and explore the cities during the day. This house has one of the greatest kitchens I’ve ever seen, as well as a propane grill on the porch. What really put Tyler‘s place over the top for me was the little considerate touches he adds to each room. Whether it was kleenex, q-tips and makeup remover in every bathroom (which obviously we didn’t need 🤣), plenty of books and games, or a jar of coffee and sugar… this place has it all! I couldn’t recommend this listing more!!

Our stay was great. Chrissy and Lee were extremely accommodating and communicative. The home was as described, clean, and very welcoming. It was perfect and very comfortable for our family with small kids. We would definitely stay there again!

I don't know where to start, but this amazing airbnb, location was beyond our expectations. Located conveniently for a nice 10 minute walk into a great part of the city with a main road hub for some food, Coffee, shopping, movie or a drink. Yet, secluded enough to have serenity and peace. The real luxury are the hosts. Daisy and Steven made us feel like family and are a treat to interact with. Wonderful humans who have nothing but your best interest in mind. They're the kind of hosts you would purposely stay with even if it were beyond out of the way, just for their company. All in all, the matter at hand isn't if we'd stay there again, but more so, a matter of when!

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

The place was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and snacks and other personal care items were offered! Place was spotless and in a quiet area, very easy to find. Sosena’s was extremely responsive and provided me with local recommendations! Also the beds were comfortable!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described — even better in person. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Most of all, our host was incredibly generous and kind, going above and beyond to accommodate us. It was a true blessing to be welcomed with such warmth and sincerity. Thank you so much again for your hospitality — this was more than just a stay, it felt like a home. We would gladly come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Nathan was very responsive, very friendly and gave great recommendations for the neighborhood. The house is centrally located and easy to access the neighborhood amenities as well as close enough to historical DC. Would absolutely stay at Nathan’s house again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. If we are to return, we would most likely look at this house as a first option. The house is very spacious and for there to be 10 of us, we never felt piled on top of each other. the host communicated very well, from the time we booked the reservation up until it was time to check out and we really appreciate that! One main thing I would ask the host to consider is putting FULL BODY mirrors in some rooms (ie. living room/den and master bedroom) it was kind of hard trying to get dressed and make sure I looked well put together without having a full mirror to look into. Also, with all the backyard space, an in ground pool would have been nice but the above ground pool did its job. Overall the stay was about an 8/10

Great spot in a nice area. The only noise was the main road noise, but that’s not anything to say don’t stay here for. Cute apartment that was only 20 mins from DC monuments and such. My daughter and I felt safe day and night & while walking dog. GREAT spot!!

My stay at Temi’s was nice and I miss it already! I felt safe even at night. A bus stop is a 6 minute walk away and the metro station is about a mile away. Temi is very responsive and the friendliest host I’ve had. For it to be basement unit there were not a lot of bugs, which was a concern for me, just a few spiders. Temi will communicate with you and the other guest to coordinate them coming down to wash their clothes. The cleaning she uses is amazing and does a great job at cleaning the space.

The rooms were very large. The living area was very comfortable and well set up with furniture and large TV. The kitchen was huge and it was large enough so one person could be watching TV and the other could be sleeping in the bedroom with no noise. Since the location in the basement, we can hear the pipes with water running through. Could hear some sounds above, but not too much. The shower is a bit small and located in a closet, the kitchen has a hot plate which was helpful. The location was close to a bus route to a metro station on weekdays, however, it was a bit of a walk to restaurants and stores since I had no car when my wife took the car to work. Over all it was a great place to stay and the host was very helpful.

We brought a small group of high schoolers to visit DC as a way to reinforce some of our studies from the year. We had 3 adults and 5 teenagers. This house was the perfect set up for this trip. We put the boys downstairs with an adult and the girls upstairs with adults. Each floor is set up as a full apartment, so we had no issues with feeling cramped. Each floor also had a common area/living room space where we could gather for talks, activities, meals, and hang outs. We were all very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of the space and would definitely recommend it for small groups or families.

Eric’s place is newly renovated. Very spacious, clean and well supplied. Great option for big group. Eric is super friendly, respond to any requests immediately. We had great time and would definitely book again if needed.

We had an excellent stay and highly recommend! We were a bit concerned about the distance to the Metro (2.1 miles walking) since we didn't have a car, but the bus stop is right across street/ 500 feet down the road to get to the Huntington Metro (end of the Yellow line)- 161 and 162 lines. So fast and easy for the $2.25 fare- and much warmer than when we walked it in 14 degree weather. We did Uber and Lyft into the city- $22 and $35 fares reserved the night ahead. Metro fare was only $2.75 into downtown- and just as fast as driving in. It is an easy walk to surrounding restaurants. Quiet and peaceful and even more spacious than the photos show. Bed and couches were super comfortable. We just stayed in the one bedroom, but perfect for couples traveling together as there is a lot of space and privacy between the rooms. Views of green space out the windows and we even saw deer go by the one morning. One note- you have to go down the steps at the back of the driveway to access.

A beautiful house with a ton of space to include a finished basement. It's not in downtown Falls Church, but it's only a short drive over to that beautiful part of town. Charles was super responsive for check-in and a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely stay again! Appreciate everything!

Excellent location. Easy to walk to nearby King Street, the riverfront and the Braddock Rd Metro. Pristine clean inside and great set up inside. Very responsive hosts. We enjoyed our stay in Old Town and visiting a bit of DC as well. An unexpected added bonus was being able to get our brakes serviced very nearby, while walking everywhere else or using the Metro. Highly recommend.
