Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Charming and spacious one level 1940's stone cottage in the heart of Northern Virginia. Cozy and warm and only 20 minutes out of our nation's capital. Large fully fenced yard for kids, dogs, and outside entertaining. Outdoor amenities include a huge patio seating area, a fire-pit, and a gas grill. Inside there is a gourmet kitchen, two fireplaces and a beautifully decorated living area. Master bedroom is set-up like a resort with a very comfortable king size bed and luxury master bathroom.

Our project to make use of leftover logs turned into a tiny house! Cozy Log Cabin looking out on almost an acre of nature but just minutes from all the DC sites. Perfect for a single escape, a romantic getaway, a small family/group gathering, or a serene remote work location. 1/4 mile to bus and 1.5 miles to DC metro, plenty of free parking. We live in a log home next door - so happy to provide advice on sites/restaurants and directions. No smoking, candles, puffing, pets, or parties allowed.

We had a great stay . The apartment was great…very clean and neat. It was in the perfect spot for walking to all the places in Shirlington. We enjoyed it way more than staying in the hotel we normally stay at. My only suggestion would be a coffee pot or a Keurig. I did not find one (but I also did not check for that in the amenities before our stay).

Our stay at Connie's was perfect. The studio apartment was immaculate, and exactly what is offered in the listing. The location is great with it's proximity to DC. There is a shopping center and a variety of restaurants nearby. A plus is the quiet location and a trail/park a short walk away. Connie is friendly with quick responses to requests and questions. Having family in the area, we definitely will rent again. Thanks for a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The property offered a private and spacious setting, providing plenty of land and a high level of privacy. The pool was a highlight and added to the enjoyment of our visit. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. For any additional necessities, the grocery store was conveniently just a few minutes away. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants, and the city was easily accessible via both local roads and the highway. The host was responsive, and the maintenance crew regularly ensured the pool remained clean by clearing fallen leaves. We’re grateful for the opportunity to stay and would gladly return.

Super great location...beautiful backyard ! Great place for a long term stay especially as we are transitioning from our longstanding home to our new condo just a few miles away. Highly recommend Khaled's rental space no matter what your situation, but especially for those needing a location convenient to Fairfax, Va. Quiet and peaceful....lots of windows, sunny, and tree lined. Khaled is very responsive to all needs.
