Sublime riad in the medina. A hidden door leads us into this establishment. It's breathtaking, a haven of peace in the middle of the souk. Perfect location and close to everything, 5-star service, an unforgettable stay for my wife's 40th birthday. There were 15 of us, suites each more beautiful than the last. I advise everyone to have the couscous prepared by Aziz's staff. A big thank you to you Aziz, for this unforgettable stay.

An excellent stay overall, marked by clear communication and prompt responses that made the experience smooth from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The property is beautifully presented/spacious, thoughtfully appointed, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Located in a peaceful, secure neighborhood, it offers the added advantage of being within easy walking distance of the medina and main square/around 15 minutes at a brisk pace. It’s also just a stone’s throw from a number of charming artisanal boutiques that lend the area real character. All in all, a brilliant experience. Sincere thanks to Joëlle, Thierry and the wider team for their warm hospitality. I will return!!

Very good stay in Matthieu's Riad. We were there as a family. It was our 5th stay in Marrakech. Accommodation in accordance with the description and our expectations. Positive point: FATIMA...!! We found what we love in Morocco. The hospitality, caring, availability and kindness thanks to her. (We had read the previous reviews and we confirm what they said). Small area for improvement: Some small updates are probably to be expected (painting, jacuzzi) but nothing that prevents you from having a great stay. Go there without so much as a second thought!

Just book it. Fantastic place and I cannot recommend it enough. Staff are lovely and the food was 10/10. We didn't feel like leaving and wish we'd stayed longer.

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb. We have to thank Philippe for his quick action which got us out of a difficult situation with another booking falling through. He was flexible and went above and beyond to get the place ready for us very quickly even though it was last minute. The apartment was spotless and a lovely quiet space. The bedding was very very comfortable. We felt like we slept twice as long as we actually did!! it was easy to walk into town/to main attractions whilst being a calm and quiet neighbourhood. The local restaurants were also great. We hope to come back one day!

We had an amazing trip to Marrakech. Saïd ensured all communication was clear and arranged airport transfers. When we arrived we were greeted by Adam who provided all the info we needed. Aude was on hand by message to arrange excursions (dromedary ride and dinner in the desert) plus a guided tour of the Medina with a very knowledgeable guide (well worth it if you are interested in local history). The beds are comfortable and we had breakfast made by Aude twice (our choice to have twice out). Great meals at Villa Aaron and Dardar. Marrakech is full of sights, sounds, smells and experience. The people are so welcoming. You get used to the busy streets and it feels very safe. Haggle in the souk for souvenirs to take home and remember this beautiful place.

Location is very good. It is close by to main street, and shops and restaurants. Place is silent and comfortable. we able to rest after long day exploring city.

Adils place was great. Apartment was clean and spacious. Had extras we were not expecting like extension leads, straightener and coffee pods. Jawad and concierge ( zakaria) were so helpful. They made the stay so pleasant and easy! Would def recommend And return to stay here

Abdel is a very welcoming host, very available and with very good advice for activities. There were 14 of us and we went there for a birthday, he gave us some very nice surprises related to our activities, don't hesitate to go through him for bookings. I highly recommend his Riad and all his staff are very attentive to customers. It was a great stay.

Riad Bab Ouchka is a lovely oasis in the middle of the frantic streets of Marrakech. It was spotlessly clean and all of the bedrooms are spacious. The roof terrace is a great spot to relax. Its just a few minutes walk from the shopping streets and about 10 mins to the main square. There are several lovely restaurants with peaceful terraces within a few steps. Mohammed arranged a taxi from the airport and was there to meet the taxi a few streets away from the riad which is as close as a car can get. I'd highly recommend this as its quite hard to find the first time. Mohammed was happy to sit with us and go over a map of the city pointing out things to do and he recommended a really good restaurant very close by. We had breakfast cooked for us in the riad on a couple of days, very tasty - definitely give this a go.

Khalid was a wonderful host and made us feel at home right away. The pickup from the train station and drop off at the apartment for check in was seamless. And what a beautiful riad! Plenty of space and room to relax and unwind after exploring the medina all day. Despite being in the centre of the medina, the house itself was super peaceful and felt like home. The location isn’t as touristy as the rest of the medina, so it was easy to get away from the busy souks. The riad is well stocked with basics and had everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay. The local markets are very close by so that made the location really perfect. The riad is within walking distance to all the sightseeing spots and restaurants. We had the most authentic stay in Marrakech! Definitely recommend!

We were 2 families which had the whole place to ourselves and our tween kids had an amazing time on the terrace and hanging out together in the rooms. The housekeeper Ibtissam was extremely helpful as well as making breakfast for us every day; we spoke French with her which worked well. The shutters shut out all the light and the beds are very comfortable. Since the riad is right in the old town it is unavoidable to hear noises of people talking at night and the birds in the morning, but it didn't really bother any of us. Just a note that bedrooms have doors that can be securely closed/locked for those who want some peace in the ensuite bathrooms that don't have separate doors due to the authentic riad set-up. The interiors are traditional and there is a beautiful tree growing in the courtyard up to the open sky which immediately gives you a feeling of being in Morocco. It was really easy to walk around the Medina and feel like we were living in the old town, highly recommend!

A group of 9 of us went to the villa for a girls trip to celebrate turning 40. It was utterly wonderful! I don’t think the photos in the listing do this place justice, it really was incredible. Christine and her team made sure we were extremely well looked after from the moment we arrived until the minute we left. Special mention to Saloua and team for the catering, it was fabulous. We were so sad to leave, but will cherish the memories we made on this trip! Thank you Christine!

Great location for visiting Marrakech! Great communication with Maria, whether before or during the stay. Very well arranged apartment, the terrace with pool is a very pleasant plus to rest after a day of sightseeing!

Really lovely riad in a great location. Christian-Andre was really responsive and helpful when making the booking and Oussama was great in organising trips and taxis when we were there. The riad is in a good , quiet location. The nearby local Berber market is useful if you want to get some street food and the walk into the main souks is very easy. The rooms in the riad were spacious and clean and the pool was pretty warm and pleasant to relax in. The breakfast was filling too.

Special mention to Pablo, our host, but also a big congratulations to Brahim at the reception, smiling and attentive. And what about Bouchra… excellent breakfast every morning, and dinner? We absolutely loved Alice’s Riad. It really is beautiful and so stylish. I’m quite fussy about my interior design and Alice has great taste! It was much bigger and even more beautiful than the photos. It’s in a fantastic spot, in a lovely part of the Medina, tucked away down a very quiet alleyway. So nice to come home after a busy day and jump in the plunge pool for a bit of chilling time! But the icing on the cake is Abdou and Fatima.. they are so kind and helpful and the breakfasts are out of this world. We had so much to eat we didn’t really need lunch. We had a bit of an emergency one evening and Abdou came straight over and fixed everything. They are both absolutes gems as is Alice’s place. Can’t recommend it more highly. You won’t be disappointed!

We stayed at the place for a week. Everything was ready when we arrived, facilitated by the presence of Rachid and Hossine to give us the key. Ilham the owner is very nice & responsive. We didn't meet him but he was helpful and responded very quickly when we had any questions. The apartment is located in a quiet residence & overlooks the quiet street. Pool was accessible and maintained but we did not test it. Small toilet kits were available upon arrival at the Oranger du Maroc. Small touches that are very much appreciated!! Clean bed linen and soft bathroom towels. The apartment is functional. There is everything you need to cook for two. There are very good shops & restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. We didn't use the kitchen much & ate out to enjoy moments of exchange & sharing in the evening during Ramadan. Thank you Ilham.😊

The place was very nice and quiet. We didn't have good flight times but instead flexible check-in and check-out. Abdellatif was always available and helped us with this. The pool was great for our kids and we loved the Moroccan charm in the villa. Cats come by every now and then, which my kids loved very much. We had two normal duvets, the rest are these typical thick fluffy Moroccan blankets. That could be a bit problematic if someone has asthma. But I think if we had mentioned it, we would have been offered other blankets. Taxi drivers often had trouble finding the place. I don't know what it was about. But Abdellatif was also very helpful. There are a few small things that could be done, but we were very satisfied and would book it again.

We had a great time with family in Jean-Gabriel's house. Very beautiful contemporary house in a very quiet and natural setting. Our stay was all the more exceptional thanks to the presence of Isham and Soumya. We enjoyed ourselves morning, noon and night with Soumya's Moroccan cuisine. Isham has always been attentive to organizing our daily lives and our various outings. He also organized a birthday party for us, which we will keep as a great memory. Isham and Soumya live in an independent part of the house, but it is absolutely not disturbing because they are discreet. The house is located in the countryside about 40 minutes from Marrakech. The last part of the road to access it is more of a track but we find that it contributes to the charm of this house. We would highly recommend this house.
