We loved our stay. My family and myself spent easter here. With 4 teenage children and 5 adults, the space and entertainment were great. The games room was heaps of fun for all. Scarlett and Sam were very responsive and helpful with enquiries. We would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

Fantastic property with thoughtful hosts; a wonderful choice for families and kids of all ages. Well maintained amenities and attention to detail made our stay with extended family a delight. The heated pool was a hit - even when it rained - and it was easy to get in and out safely for both the toddler and senior in our group. The wood fire pizza oven is definitely worth cranking for dinner or just to hang in the mini-amphitheatre. The playhouse, car and trampoline kept our little one very entertained. Every room was immaculate and beautifully designed. We were even treated to some local produce courtesy of our host - thanks Lauren! A magical location and very peaceful. Just 10 minutes walk to town and if you’re up for exploring, follow the ‘secret’ track to Wreck beach via the bushland at the rear of the garden. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our group of 10—spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Communication with them was super easy as well, which made the whole experience even better. We absolutely loved our time at Sand Lakehouse! It is a beautiful place to unwind and watch the water; so much bird activity on and around the lake, it was just wonderful. The house itself is spacious and appointed thoughtfully, and there was nothing we lacked. The fire pit made for a fun night of toasting marshmallows and the local ducks provided much entertainment. The bliss of having a cup of tea on the jetty cannot be overstated! Stephen was a responsive and helpful host, and there's even an IGA within walking distance for anything you've forgotten. A great place to stay; we would highly recommend.

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent — close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The property looked exactly like the photos, which we really appreciated. Beautifully renovated, close to vineyards and amenities. Comfortable beds and lounge and very well equipped kitchen private backyard. Would thoroughly recommend if you are interested in visiting the hunter valley wine region.

Beautiful cottage. Very homely, inviting and spotless. Loved the added extras, cheese board, breaky options, OJ etc. Apprecaited the 2 folders with places to eat with ample menus and the info folder that made everything really easy to understand with instructions for cooktop. Yard for dog was perfect. Great lawn, very well fenced and few trees all added to making it relaxing with added bonus of hearing the birds and especially the kookaburra. Genuinely lovely hosts. We live in the area and just needed a place to crash while we had some work done at home. The house is beautiful and airy and instructions were crystal clear. We loved having a little staycation in the best suburb in Newy!

we loved staying at Clare's place, everything we needed to have an enjoyable holiday was supplied. Kids loved the wii, DVD selection and board games. beds were super comfy, lots of lovely light and our dog absolutely loved the dog beach.

Heidi's Bella Farm was exceptional. The house was clean, cosy and had all the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing experience. The location is literally near everything by a short drive. Heidi was always super helpful when requesting information. I can't recommend it highly enough. We'll definitely be back.

Carmen was nothing but friendly and upfront from the very beginning. We felt very informed and safe. Carmen’s property was exactly like the photos (although the scenery was MUCH better in real life) Lovely and clean place, including the sheets and towels. The extra bathroom (outside of the ensuite) is perfect for a place housing so many guests. We also received a beautiful welcome gift, which was very thoughtful and delicious.

Jordan’s place was at a great location in Nelson Bay, place was as described and perfect for a get away with a group of friends! Jordan was very helpful, definitely highly recommend and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Daniel and Sasha’s place in Picketts Valley! From the start, they were incredibly communicative and made everything seamless. The home was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the heated pool—such a treat! The property itself is peaceful and beautifully set in nature, yet still conveniently close to nearby attractions. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a perfect escape. We’d love to come back!

Roxy's place is exactly as described. Her home is both welcoming and warm. The location is great, with Anna Bay better than I expected. Roxy was engaging and kept me posted along the way. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Edith's place was very cozy and homey. Check in was flexible and the place was big and have a designated parking space. Have plenty of kitchenwares as well. We get to use the wine glass just nice for our take home wine from our wine tasting trip in Hunter Valley. 😁

5 star holiday house. Magic spot for a weekend getaway for 3 families with 11 adults from age 18 - 60. Plenty of room for everyone. Well stocked house with games and toys, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery, crockery, platters etc. The outdoor beanbags were super comfy and doubled as extra seating for the lounge area. We had great fun playing table tennis. Lovely fluffy towels, comfy pillows and quality linen. Great position, lovely big backyard, nice short walk to Copacabana beach & shops. We loved the bush setting, the 6 kookaburras and the 2 rainbow lorikeets who visited us on the back deck. Would definitely stay again. We appreciated the 5pm Sunday checkout for a small fee - subject to availability.
