House vacation rentals in Ankum

I booked this place super spontaneously, and everything worked out perfectly. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for our rainy weekend. Both the children and the adults had fun and relaxation. the place was clean and the hosts were super nice - we felt very welcome and at home! Thank you for the beautiful birthday weekend at your place!

Pleasant stay, nice hosts, apartment very clean, five of us had plenty of space. But at 4 pm, it will probably be very cozy. Unfortunately, WiFi was virtually non-existent. It's a bit strange that after booking, you are first put in contact with the hosts via another company - Bookiply. And it's a pity that bed linen and towels have to be paid for separately. Tourist tax as well. In the end, there was another high lump on it. It is rather unusual, as usually everything is covered with the Airbnb reservation.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described and Janna and Christof took great care of us. Would happily do it again!

Kirsten's summer house is an exceptionally beautiful and special place to stay! The lovingly & tastefully furnished house, the wonderful garden with its flowers & its chill outdoor spaces as well as the wonderful location of the accommodation in the beautiful Baumberger holiday park - with a lot of privacy - leave nothing to be desired! Everything your heart desires is available in the accommodation - you arrive and are immediately on vacation! Kirsten is a great & very attentive host, who you can tell is passionate about the matter and does everything to give her guests an unforgettable beautiful, carefree & relaxing stay. We are a group of eight friends and had a nice time here 🫶🏼 the amenities incl. Hot tub, sauna and pedal boat can be seen - only the missing toilet door at the second toilet downstairs disturbs something

The stay with Ingrid and Jürgen was all around successful :) The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description – very nice, quiet location and surrounded by nature. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail, which immediately gives a feeling of home. Communication was also warm and helpful at all times. If you are looking for a break and want to enjoy peace and quiet, I can definitely recommend this place!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were lucky with the weather and we were surprised by the tranquility of this part of Groningen. Breakfast on the water was delicious. We had lost our way on the stuff, which we should have brought with us, but it worked out fine. Repeatable.

Barbara is a wonderfull host. Very friendly. We went to Gartencafe Helming in Lüne. A spa in Bad Bentheim and the Irish pub in the evening for some darts. There is a nice and popular breakfast place Wintering.

The house was just as described. The location great to us. In the morning, only the birds could be heard. At breakfast and dinner, we always had a visit from 3 blackbirds and two rabbits who were on the lawn. We were able to take beautiful bike rides. With our dog, it was only a few steps through the gate in the garden into the forest. We also liked the walks around the small lake. What was there to complain about? An open description for the TV might have been helpful. Maybe it was also in the drawer in the kitchen, where we also found the description for the oven. Which we needed, because the setting symbols on the rotary knob are printed very small on the side edge and you can't see them when you stand in front of the oven. But the manufacturer's designer messed that up. All in all, we have a quiet, beautiful vacation. Would have been too quiet for our children with the grandchildren

Loved the coziness of the place. Surrounded by beautiful nature and waking up to bird songs 😊 Kitchen is a bit tiny but workable.

This was the first vacation where everything looked like the pictures. We felt comfortable right away and enjoyed the tranquility very much. The view of the river and the animals to watch rounded it off. Writing with Daniela was very pleasant and she responded quickly and helpfully. We felt very comfortable and can only confirm that the house is quiet and idyllic, you don't notice anything from the neighbors, and I am completely on my own. It was a very nice stay

We had a great long weekend in Klaus and Claudia's house. The two are great hosts who were friendly and approachable at all times before, during and after the stay. The house is very well equipped and both the house and the garden are very spacious. There's really nothing missing. Even on hot days, it is pleasantly cool in the house. The surroundings are super quiet with a friendly neighborhood. You can quickly reach Lake Dümmer on foot. We were there with a toddler. Right at the "entrance" of Lake Dümmer is a restaurant with a large sand area with beach chairs, loungers and sand toys. So you can also have a drink and eat something with a small child. Within walking distance from the house there is also a playground, which we did not need because of the large garden. To explore the area a little and also to get bread rolls or do shopping without a car, it is a good idea to bring your own bikes.

Very, very, very, very, seeeeehhhhhr lovely cottage for a wonderful relaxing stay! Very suitable for child/ 2 children. It was a great week with the dwarf and the mouse. 😉🙃🙂

Very good contact, our questions were answered quickly by Christiane. The size of the house is more than sufficient for 6 people. The rooms are bright and cozy. The fenced garden behind the house is ideal for guests with dogs. Our dog had enough space here to run without a leash. The garden invites you to linger with a covered seating area. A barbecue was also offered to us for use. We enjoyed it very much here. With 3 days over the weekend, our time here was unfortunately far too short. We and our dog thank Christiane for the wonderful time we spent here in her house.

We didn't book the place for the second time by chance. Everything was again in line with our expectations. Great host and great accommodation, always happy to come back

We enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful home. Due to the presence of personal belongings, this home feels like "home". Some things are a little outdated and a little less clean, but the openness of the house and the beautiful garden make it all good. Oliver was very easy to reach and our problem with cold water was quickly solved (even on a holiday/Saturday). The region is also very beautiful for walks and bike rides. Highly recommended.

For an extended weekend and a hiking holiday for parts of the Hermannsweg an absolute dream accommodation! The location is very idyllic on a farm, the completely fenced garden is perfect for a nice and relaxed time with the dogs. The apartment's amenities are great, everything you need is available! The bed is relatively small, but for us it was still very cozy for the two nights! The Hupe family are great hosts, super friendly and nice, very helpful and many tips about the region directly at hand! Thanks for a wonderful time!

We had a fantastic week in a particularly beautiful and spacious house with a large enclosed garden. Even in the rain, it was a pleasant stay due to the conservatory. Very nice host with excellent communication Recommend !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sascha and Sarah were great hosts, both are very friendly and warm people. On the first day, Sarah offered to clean and muck out the ponies, even though she hardly knew us. The pony ride made it great. Sascha was also always approachable when something was up. The place is very nice, everything necessary is available. Everything was super clean, you felt right at home. You can tell that the two put in a lot of effort. Because the stud farm of the two was a bit remote, you had peace and quiet. But also various excursion destinations can be reached in a relatively short time. Personal recommendations: Steinhuder Meer, Dino-Park Münchehagen and Tierpark Ströhen. For families, we can recommend Sascha and Sarah as hosts and their accommodation - we'll be back for sure!

Carlos is a wonderful host, his place is exactly as described, which is super roomy and quiet. He was very flexible in extending our stay when our travel plans changed.
