We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home. Everything was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Sumedha, the host was very responsive and provided clear instructions, making the check-in and stay smooth and hassle-free. The apartment is located in a peaceful locality, which made for a relaxing and comfortable experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay!

Extremely pleasant stay. My family was very happy with the location, the property, the amenities, and the overall stay. Monika is a great host who provided all details beforehand with clear instructions. Monika also kept in constant touch with my daughter and provided all support. As this was a all girls trip I was initially worried for them however the property was very secure with all amenities. it was an excellent stay and will surely visit again. any thanks to Monika and Airbnb to make my family stay at Goa a memorable and pleasant one.

The stay was lovely. Our hosts did a great job in with minimal but elegant aesthetics. The clear instructions to maintain the property helped greatly. Gaurav was responsive at all times and responded to our queries promptly. The home has really good artworks, including a beautiful Jamini Roy painting. Our cat loved to sunbathe in the balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kashiyana so much that we extended for another month. It was perfect for us - a couple that works remote and needs peace, quiet building and fast internet. Gurjeet and his team were always responsive and created a chat group for us to talk, they always helped if we needed something. Cleaning was available literally everyday and the staff were absolutely incredible - we’ve never had such great hospitality. Thank you Vijay! Overall- the flat has everything you need (even towels and cooking utensils). It’s also a very short 5 min ride to the main Candolim Road and 10 min drive to the beach. I would highly recommend to stay at Kashiyana if you’re visiting Goa!

Kudos to Sanchita's proactive behaviour which led me to write this review. I found sanchita a professional women who is ready to listen and act carefully on almost all request which are genuine. Sanchita has almost followed everything which i asked from her. The staff has calm behaviour and always trying to listen carefully and then act accordingly. I would highly recommend this place. The ambience and surrounding is so calm and soothing. Rooms feel fresh and clean. Room amenities are all in good working condition so you wont regret if you want to book the place.

It was a great stay for us. Caretaker was responsive to all our needs. Cleaning was done on time. Overall it was a positive stay for us.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house is beautiful with a cozy, welcoming ambience and very tasteful interiors. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Location-wise, it’s perfect — you can easily walk to Anjuna Beach and Thalassa Pub. If you have a car or scooter, Morjim, Arambol, and other beaches are just a short drive away. Initially, we had some doubts after reading a few old reviews, but I must say, Julie, the owner, is extremely nice, understanding, and helpful. She made sure our stay was smooth and pleasant — definitely not rude as some old reviews might suggest.

Pooja and vinod are amazing host . They helped me with taxi booking and their property is well maintained and its worth the price . Best part is that it is very affordable and beach is just 5 min walk from here.

Lovely property, the riverside infinity pool and views are very serene and peaceful. The interiors are luxurious and aesthetic. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly, good host team too. Thank you for hosting us. Will definitely visit soon again.

We came to Goa with a few friends to celebrate a special occasion, and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. This spot near Candolim Beach was such a gem! The rooms were super cozy with really nice vibes, good Wi-Fi, TV, and super clean bathrooms—which we really appreciated. The location is also a big win—just a short walk/drive to Candolim Beach, and really close to some great food joints and supermarkets. Everything we needed was right around the corner. Needless to say, you have blinkit instamart available as well. The swimming pool was awesome too—well maintained and just perfect for chilling and having fun. Huge shoutout to Aankita, our amazing host! She’s a true Superhost—super helpful, always responsive, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She made the whole experience feel super memorable. If you’re planning a trip to Goa, don’t even think twice—just book this place. You’ll love it. Happy Travelling ! ♥️

We had an amazing stay at The Blue kite, it was such a homely place, the hygiene was very well maintained and the location was also very mesmerizing. Definitely the best place to stay.

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

This place was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning balcony view. The apartment offered great amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, and a play area. The location was very convenient—everything we needed, like restaurants, pubs, nightlife, wine shop, rental bike and even the beach, was within 2 km. We truly had a wonderful time! A special thanks to the host Ashok for being so flexible and allowing us an early check-in, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. Also, a big thanks to the caretaker, Chandan—he was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. Thank you once again for making our stay so peaceful and memorable!

Amazing stay , felt very warm and homely . The complex stands in a very safe and accessible location and can even be found by non locals without the help of Maps . Zarir maintains the place really well , i always had this idea that AirBnB(s) are never as good as pictures until i checked out this one . Zarir is one great host , always on the clock to help and a really sweet dude .

Very nice and comfortable stay, mansi has taken care of everything especially our toddler needs. Awesome stay and property is also very nice Only two things to keep in mind: Property is little far from cafes/ eating joints so need a ride if staying Also property is on 2nd floor without lift.
