We had a perfect stay at this apartment in Goa! The place looked exactly like the pictures—very clean, aesthetic, and beautifully done. The society was lovely and well-maintained, with a nice pool and ample parking space. The location is a big plus—just steps away from all the popular food outlets and only a 10-minute walk to a beautiful beach. Most of the well-known cafés were also within walking distance, which made exploring super convenient. We stayed as a group of six friends, and the space was just right for us. The only thing we felt was missing was a lift, as the apartment is on an upper floor—but honestly, that’s a small issue considering how great everything else was. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Goa!

thank you Vishal for nice hosting . this is must stay place if you are in vagator. walking distance to beautiful less crowded beach . Place was very clean and heigine is well maintained. I stayed with my 3 year old and the swings , and slides in the garden are add-ons to us which made our stay more entertaining. host is responsive too . would say everything is perfect for us ♥️

Best Place u will find , its even better then the pictures …. Very picturesque and aesthetically designed home Highly recommended! Only cons is that its little remote i.e only attraction around is parra road and u can do nothing much by strolling (lesser food options around all 2-3kms away) Minus this things its the best and go ahead booking it without any second thoughts !

I was here for 2 days of stay, This place was heaven trust me the rain made every moment worth it, You will experience an amazing scenic views of mountains from your balcony ( make some coffee or tea ), the place was so specious for me and the pool is also nice. When u enter the property you will feel so so fresh, Try to breathe in some air straight away ..xD Overall 10/9 for this amazing property

Beautiful place, we completely enjoyed the stay. Caretaker Raj is a super guy. He cooks and cleans and is always smiling! Loved the vibes, and the place.

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

I stayed at this beautiful 1 BHK in Anjuna, Goa, and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. One of my favorite parts was the serene backyard with a lovely garden view – perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. The area is calm and peaceful, making it ideal for a quiet getaway. Beautifully maintained 140+ year old home. Nice location!. The house can be a little spooky if you are less than 4 people as it is a really old house. But overall we had a great time at the property and amazed but how well a 140 year old property was well maintained.

Goa is all about experience, and our stay at Niloy's abode was just like our second home. Everything clean fresh and homely. Location is awesome, it's peaceful yet well connected with the world. Niloy had been extremely helpful everywhere you can ever imagine. Very comfortable very safe and very well maintained. loved every moment spent there and looking forward to many more stays with Niloy. Located in one of the most happening places is goa yet peaceful. You name it and it's there all around. Will recommend long stays to really understand the people and culture of this fantastic place. Extremely happy and satisfied for everything.

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

Amazing airbnb, and very cooperative host. The locality was great and the apartment was also clean and comfy. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Loved the interior and Umang’s hospitality. Very close by to all the happening places in Anjuna and Vagator. Will definitely recommend this stay.

Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Will surely love to visit the place again sometime soon.

We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.
