Cozy spot perfect for a quick getaway to Montreal from the New England area and a great value. We loved the neighborhood with its cute boutiques and alleyways. Ulrique and Patrick were great host and very responsive to all our needs.

We had a perfect stay at John’s place. The unit was spotless and well equipped. The back patio view to the river was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and a drink in the evening. Would highly recommend to others if you’re looking for a quiet and private accommodation in Laval.

Claire was an excellent host and responded quickly to all the queries and questions. The place matches the description and a lovely place to stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Nice and simple decor makes the place warm and homey. There are also board games, books and DVDs too. We had a great time staying, thanks Claire !

I truly felt at home during my stay. The unit was clean, quiet, and incredibly cozy—so much so that I was able to sleep soundly, which is rare for me in a new place. It was conveniently located within walking distance of my office and a grocery store, making my stay even more comfortable. I would definitely consider booking this place again the next time I’m in Montreal.

Very much enjoyed my time in Montreal. The space was perfect for my needs. I really appreciated that there were both pull down blinds and curtains on the window, keeping it dark when sleeping. The neighbourhood was generally quiet and I felt safe walking. On site laundry was a plus but I was not careful in reading the quiet hours - Grégory and Lea graciously made an exception for me which I greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The place is very clean. Off street parking is a plus for us and the host was very nice. It's a safe location in Montreal by far. We would consider to stay at this place again when we going to Montreal in the future

Her home is beautiful. Has that “new home” smell. Absolutely clean and spotless. I loved how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was. Also, 15 minutes from any Walmart, mall, ice rink, airport, major stores, etc. I will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this nice apartment went perfectly well. Our host made herself available when we needed her and is very accommodating. The accommodation met our wishes in every respect, both in terms of equipment and cleanliness. It was also nicely decorated. Thank you again for this nice pied-à-terre for visiting Montreal peacefully. Indeed, the nearby subway is a real plus.

I had a great stay at Nabil’s place! The location was convenient and the space was clean and cozy. Although there was a bit of heat during my visit, Nabil was very responsive and promptly followed up with updates and a solution. I really appreciated the clear communication and care. Loved our stay here! A great location for exploring the Mile End neighborhood and Mont-Royal neighborhoods! Walking distance to the metro and Saint Laurent street for shopping. The apt is easy to get into and the master suite downstairs was cozy. Loved all the mirrors in the bathroom and the full length mirror especially since we had a wedding we were getting ready for! Bed was nice and firm and shower pressure was amazing! We enjoyed Bar Henrietta, Butterblume, BIG Japan Bar, Myriad Coffee, Dispatch Coffee, Cafe Pista, Larrys, and many more spots! Def check out the Bota Bota spa too! The art on the walls - as others have said - is more sexual in nature, just fyi if traveling with kids. Host was kind and responsive and we really enjoyed the location of this airbnb. The click and park lot is close by and affordable and was a great place to park the car all weekend while we used the metro to get around.

I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

Everything was perfect! Very clean! The host really cares about our comfort. He immediately offered to open the heat pump when we hadn't even complained about the heat! It is possible to cross the bridge to Vieux St-Jean on foot where there are a variety of restaurants and activities to do. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was just as described. Very helpful to have the parking space in back. I didn't cook or use the kitchen other than to make coffee. Bed was perfectly comfortable. Shower had great hot water. Location is very good, short walk to Joliette STM station; you can get around the city easily from there.

A great two bedroom apartment in the heart of little Italy! Lots of great restaurants and bakeries in walking distance and close to Jean Talon market too. The place was very clean and nice. Definitely recommend.

We just spent four lovely days in Jason and Eric's condo. The process was flawless. Great communication from beginning to end. They provided an informative book that explained everything about the condo and the neighborhood. We walked seven to eight miles a day in most of the central Montreal neighborhoods. The Plateau was the perfect neighborhood with lots of good restaurants, bars, cafes and markets all along the Avenue Mont Royal a walking street. The condo is directly across from La Fontaine Park.The park has every conceivable out door activity available - soccer, baseball, children's playgrounds, a lake and great people watching. The condo itself was very comfortable for four of us. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The condo is actually two flats creatively joined together. It was more than we needed. It would easily work for a larger group. Montreal is a gem............and this is a great place to stay while exporing.

Ellen was really easy to chat with and she helped us leave our bags at the apartment early with no issue. The location is great and although on a busy road it was very quiet! We would definitely recommend this to our friends for future stays! Thank you!
