The apartment is in the best condominium in Angra dos Reis, facing the beach and the Porto Frade marina, with a spectacular view of the sea. It is next to Fasano, thus having several options of shops and restaurants. It has 2 en-suites, a large living room with different environments, a half bath, a full kitchen and a small laundry room. The apartment also offers a swimming pool and barbecue area. 24-hour security and 2 parking spaces.

A chalet on top of a hill (since there are no mountains in Brazil), a wooden structure with a mezzanine, glass front with incredible views, a fireplace to warm up the chill, lots of nature, it is perfect for contemplating the moon and stars! It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, an open space, one bedroom in the mezzanine and another on the lower level, all spaces in the interior are open. It is isolated, my house is on the property, but about 80 meters away. Whoever rents it does not share the space with other guests.
