We really like the house and the host. The house is really large and is well taken care of, corresponding to descriptions and photos. The furniture and utensils are also very large, accommodating the 12 people in the rooms and all interior and exterior. Swimming pool, hydro and sauna were really differentiating. Atendimento do Marcio and his wife was always gentle and quick, answering questions, helping in the hiring of services and addressing the needs that have arisen.

Our stay was wonderful. The house matches the listing and is very well located in the condominium. Plenty of clean bed and bath linens. The stand-up provided us with moments of fun among friends and the kids loved it. The condominium is very nice, the pool area has a restaurant and it is possible to purchase snacks and executive dishes. The deck provides moments to relax and have a good chat amid an incredible view. Fernanda responded to our messages immediately, clarifying minor doubts. The stay is really worth the cost-benefit. Even with the unstable weather, it was possible to have a lot of fun. We visited nearby beaches as well.

We have no words to describe how perfect the stay was, from extremely fast and courteous communication, a house with EVERYTHING you can think of needing, impeccable cleanliness, accuracy of description and photos, a new and modern house, super fast internet, to the wonderful area in the back of the house that, in addition to having an incredible view and nature, has a river, which depending on the tide, for us worked super well in 2 days of sightseeing, it allows the speedboat to pick us up and take us back to the house for beautiful tours on the islands of Angra and surroundings! Another point that deserves a lot of emphasis is that the house is pet friendly, we took our 2 bulldogs, we felt super comfortable and they loved the house and the whole tour, in addition to the snacks they received as a gift when they arrived at the house! In short, it was the best airbnb stay of all of us who travel, simply magnificent! We can only thank and congratulate Bruno for the incredible experience and we will certainly be back!!!!

Espaço is truly unique, the house is located on a beautiful island, with wonderful beaches just a short distance away. If you can enjoy a deck with comfort and amenities in the house such as a bath and snacks. The Nino homestay is great and helpful for everything. The cook met the demands and cooked well. The house is beautifully decorated and has a landscaping that dialogues with the local nature. We had a really wonderful week with our kids and a couple of friends that came to an end. Tomaz is a cordial and solicitous antrion to meet the demands.

Everything was excellent! I went with my husband and my two young children, the place could not have been better. The house is extremely comfortable, and all the details are beautiful. It's very well equipped for a spectacular vacation. The condo is very nice and safe, you can go on excursions that leave a few blocks away, it also has restaurants, a store and a beach about 3 blocks away. It exceeded our expectations. Luzia's apartment is very well cared for, clean and organized. It is rare for us to find an apartment so close to the beach and with no smell of dampness, we love it. The location is great, close to the club that has a swimming pool and playground and very close to the condominium has the city with markets and other shops. Luzia was super attentive and responded quickly and kindly to all our questions. I recommend it too much!

The accommodation is very good, clean and with good infrastructure for the guest. We only miss the bed and bath linen, which we had to take from home, which causes a certain inconvenience for the traveler.

We were in the chalet of Marta (Manacá da serra site) for the second time, first in winter and now in summer. We spent a wonderful week in the cozy chalet overlooking a beautiful and open valley, with bright but fresh sunny days and starry nights, a paradise. The chalet has improved since 2018, now has Wi-fi, which makes it easy for those who need to work or navigate (we use location apps well), as there is no cellular signal in the region. The kitchen is very small but very well-equipped, essential for those who will stay there a few days, isolated from restaurants and shops. Impeccable cleaning, comfortable linen and towels, furnishings in perfect condition. Great bathroom, very useful laundry area. The shower outside was perfect for a postwalk shower. The exchange of information and tips with Marta was excellent, it greatly facilitated the planning of what to take and rides in the park and surroundings. As we return, we recommend the cottage for couples and adventurers.

A quiet and quiet place, exactly what we were looking for. Very well located the house, close to beautiful beaches and the river Ariró which passes by the side of the house and has points to bathe nearby. The place is gorgeous, a beautiful region, a pity that rained and we could not see the waterfall, which was very close. Daniele always ready to answer questions, and answers quickly. The host tip about the 4x4 car is valid. The hostess made available salt, coffee, rice and others, but we took our stuff and didn't have to use it, I thought it was nice of her, as the house is far from trades. We are very grateful for her understanding and caring for her guests. We'll be back soon!

The natural pool next to the river was an incredible experience — swimming surrounded by nature and the sound of water was something that renewed the soul. Kelly was a wonderful host, attentive to every detail to make our experience unforgettable. Everything exceeded our expectations. I recommend this place from the heart for those seeking disconnection, fresh air and days of direct contact with the most beautiful nature. We would definitely come back a thousand times. She started to answer all questions months before our stay, very quickly and kindly. She deserves all the stars possible! Hélio is also no slouch. He welcomed us very warmly, showed us every corner of the house and made us very comfortable. We had an unforeseen nature event and we were without power for a few hours, he took the time to bring us candles and ice packs, because he was concerned about our purchases. In addition, he left several tips about the location, he was very nice, very nice people and very concerned about being extremely cordial! About the house, I have no words to describe how extraordinary, clean, cozy and prepared it is to welcome guests. We will definitely be back very soon!

We traveled as a family and had a wonderful weekend. The place is beautiful, very well maintained, beautiful garden with lots of plants, and huge! Perfect recreational area. The bedrooms and the rest of the house were clean and tidy, with full kitchens. We were very well received from start to finish by the caretakers Leonardo and Lucilene, helpful, always willing to help us. We had only a small problem with one of the showers that took a long time to heat up, solved by Leonardo. Waking up with the coffee table set and a delicious lunch made by Lucilene, who was very kind and helpful the whole time, was great! It's well worth hiring both! The location of the site is very good, asphalt to the door. The river literally passes in front, perfect for a beautiful walk and a dip. Suggestion for the owner: install bidets in the bathroom toilets. For those with pets, please note that there are 2 sweet dogs on the premises. We love the stay and recommend it!

Extremely quiet place, in contact with nature and animals. A river inside the property, where you can fish and sleep with the sound of the water, extremely relaxing. Paulo is a kind, respectful host, gave directions to shops, beaches and tours. The house is comfortable and large. We were in two families, couples with 2 teenagers and 3 more children, it accommodated everyone with great comfort. We made food on the wood stove, very cool to have that experience. It is important to bring repellent and insecticide, as it is a country house, so it is normal to have mosquitoes. Bringing bed linens is also important. Regarding the location, the property is in the middle of nature, with an easily accessible dirt road. It takes about 20 minutes to get from the neighborhood to the property. The path has 3 bridges, there is no cell phone signal, but everything is very quiet, it is just important to download the address so as not to miss the location. I highly recommend the place, we'll be back.
