A chalet on top of a hill (since there are no mountains in Brazil), a wooden structure with a mezzanine, glass front with incredible views, a fireplace to warm up the chill, lots of nature, it is perfect for contemplating the moon and stars! It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, an open space, one bedroom in the mezzanine and another on the lower level, all spaces in the interior are open. It is isolated, my house is on the property, but about 80 meters away. Whoever rents it does not share the space with other guests.

House composed of 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, barbecue, swimming pool, fully equipped and planned kitchen, each bedroom contains a double bed and we have 2 more mattresses. The suite and living room have air-conditioning and the other rooms have fans. We have a trail to the Encanto waterfall, and there is another waterfall very close to the residence. Entire private house (we have NO common area).
