If you want to go to the island of Oléron, I recommend the property of Manue and Luc. Very responsive, friendly hosts. The superb property proposed by Manue and Luc ideally located and a relaxing calm corresponds in every way to the photos on the site. We loved the garden, the exposure, the property and all the services offered by it. We will be back with our dog, because yes, pets are allowed at Manue and Luc's. Really great..... Very good quality rental. Fabienne takes care of her occupants. A very well-equipped kitchen. The living room is spacious and very pleasant. The comfortable rooms and the children's room are very appreciated. Lots of storage to settle in and feel at home. A beautiful terrace, we would recommend this house and look forward to next year.

Very good hosting by Jérémy, pleasant and smiling host. Charming cottage with tasteful decor! Choice location to travel the surroundings including the proximity of the island of Oléron. The cottage is located in a green setting with heated pool, deckchairs and parasols, a real haven of peace. Very good quality service, we will come back for sure!

The house is absolutely great (I agree with some older reviews: the living room and the rooms are much more spacious than the photos let them guess: it's a nice surprise when you arrive). We appreciated the amenities, comfort and decoration of the house, as well as its location: full of nice walks nearby, a delicious bakery in Dompierre (L 'AuthentiQ), one of the best dinners of our life at the restaurant La PierreVue in Saint-Rogatien, La Rochelle and its aquarium to see absolutely less than 20 minutes away... The heated pool in this sunny early April was a real enchantment. Finally Marine is a particularly warm and attentive host, and the communication was very pleasant. We will come back without hesitation!

The house is charming, very well-equipped and totally true to the listing. Everything is within walking distance: the market, the beach, the city center and restaurants. Secure private parking in the basement is a real plus. Host is very responsive and available. We would definitely recommend this place!

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊

A slice of paradise! The winery is nestled in an alley in La Flotte. 2 minutes from all shops and restaurants as well as the port, it is nevertheless really quiet and sheltered from prying eyes by its high walls. The plancha and outdoor table were very nice for enjoying the sun! Well secured for children or a dog Very well-equipped, we will definitely go back. Gaëlle was very nice and full of good advice and Freddy was great too. Don't hesitate!

She gave us valuable and unique tips on things to see, visit and experience on the island – authentic recommendations, off the beaten track! The apartment is perfectly equipped, there is absolutely nothing lacking. It feels good from the first minute, like home – or even better! As a bonus, a neighbor offered us fresh oysters: a delicious gift and an unforgettable moment. We recommend this place 1000%, both for the accommodation and for discovering this island! Nathalie is very welcoming, the garden was great for our dogs,the only small downside but nothing bad ,( it's me who should have asked) but there is no salt,no dish soap,no towel,no sponge or hand soap so I had to go back and do the shopping ,if it can be used for the next ones 😉 otherwise the walks by the sea were very nice and the area is very quiet

Beautiful property with three good bedrooms, bathroom very spacious and kitchen very well equipped. Everything we wanted for our overnight stay
