The cottage is exactly as described and set in beautiful surroundings. The grilling hut and sauna are great additions and really add to the experience, whilst the location allows for peaceful walks and an opportunity to see the northern lights when down by the frozen sea! Would definitely recommend

Inga et Hanks sont des personnes formidables, ils nous ont proposé pleins d’activités à proximité, nous ont fait découvrir le pays, leurs cultures. Nous avons eux la chance de voir les aurores boréales juste devant la maison !!! C’était un vrai plaisir de les rencontrer…. C’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de toute ma vie. La maison est magnifique, le paysage est époustouflant c’est le calme absolu. La maison est extrêmement bien équipé, c’est vraiment agréable d’avoir tout se dont ont a besoin. Wir sind nur 5 Leute gewesen und selbst wenn wir 11 Leute wären, wäre es noch mehr als genügend Platz. Das Haus ist schick und ich konnte fantastisch schlafen.

Outstanding accommodation with Madeleine and Sandra being exceptional hosts. We couldn’t fault anything. Breakfast was perfect and brought over to us every day, with choice of foods including eggs, cereal, fresh bread, homemade jams and yoghurts. The house was very clean and tidy and the facilities were great, especially the jacuzzi and sauna. Great shower and good range of kitchen equipment to prepare meals at home. Everything was straightforward to use, including the jacuzzi, sauna and open fireplace. The stairs were steep but that didn’t affect us and added to the charm of the house. Excellent personal touches. They even baked us a Birthday cake as a surprise!. We booked this place as a base for visiting Overkallix (20mins) and doing winter activities there, which proved perfect for us. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again or recommending this place to others.
