It was very clean and tidy, and Joanne prepared lots of details in the house. Dryers, coffee, and lots of utensils etc. And the washing machine and dryer were so useful! Beds were comfy and it was a 2 min walk to the shopping mall so it was helpful too. We would stay again if we visit Liverpool again 😊 thanks!

a beautiful home in a very convenient location for accessing Liverpool City centre. Alice communicated so promptly with information and responses to questions about our stay. She kindly made up an extra bed for us because of a late check in and made us feel right at home. Her plants are also super impressive! Thank you for a great stay!

Thanks to David and Anne for a great stay in Waterloo. The house was very clean, really well equipped and conveniently located for visiting Crosby, Formby and Liverpool. We hope to visit again!

We felt right at home, and safe and secure with our three young children. The house was warm and comfortable, and well catered for kids with a high chair, toys and a chalk wall (a firm favourite!). Our hosts were very responsive, helpful and welcoming. A perfect start to our time in Liverpool!

What a beautiful place to stay and a beautiful location. The cottage was immaculate, spacious and had everything you’d need for an excellent stay. Well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, bedrooms were fresh and airy and so quiet and peaceful. Bathroom spotless with bath and shower, towels were thick and fluffy. It was a sunny weekend, we even sat in the back yard with a coffee. Brilliant hosts, instructions were clear, access was great and parking was convenient and ample. Cannot recommend this cottage and the location enough. Public transport to Liverpool and Chester practically on the doorstep.

Josh gave very useful arrival info and his communication was great. House was just what we needed for our stay, within walking distance of family. Very enjoyable Easter visit!

Overall, our stay was good. Check in smooth, clean, responsive host, excellent location, good size living room and gated parking a bonus. Only negative was that the other residents in the building slam the doors - though we’ve experienced this at many other Airbnbs, so can’t fault the host on this. Recommend for adult couple max, no room for any kind of baby travel cot in the bedroom.

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

A wonderfully bright and spacious apartment. It had everything needed for a 4 week stay. Bus stop close by. Beautiful park in close walking distance.

Had a great stay. Alison and Steve were so helpful and accommodating. Place was very clean , modern and had all you could want. Was easy to access everywhere by car. There is off road parking. Would definitely stay again.

Another great stay at Holland House ! Been twice already .. will return again in the summer ! Perfect apartment location and getaway !! We just love it there !!

An outstanding place and ideal location. Lots of space, character and places to relax or socialise within the accommodation. We all loved it. Crosby is wonderful and there is the beach, shops, bars and takeaways nearby. Christine was the ideal host. Thank you very much.
