Well where to start!? First of all some context - we have been lucky enough to have holidayed in some amazing properties over the last twelve years or so, all across Europe: France; Portugal; Italy; Spain. But this experience has outshone them all. This property is utterly breathtaking: well appointed, tasteful, clean, the facilities and amenities were far beyond our expectations: Acres and acres of private outside space, like a garden of Eden - lovingly maintained, with a multitude of very special, unique, and varied spaces to suit any mood. An extensive outdoor kitchen, take your pick from barbecue, wood stove, and pizza oven… Inside we found perfectly furnished, super fast WiFi, two modern big screen TV’s with all bells and whistles, super cool remote control air conditioning in every room, 3 x WC’s 2 x bathrooms, washing machine/utility areas, 2 wonderful bedrooms, and the swimming pool is by far the best that we have ever experienced. An honour and a privilege to stay here.

Iosif is a wonderful host. Not only as a welcome, but also in between there were always fresh fruits and delicacies from the region. Iosif also informed and advised us about events and activities in the area. We enjoyed the tranquility and the views of the bay very much. A beautiful place to relax and explore the surroundings.

This accommodation is close to the harbor in beautiful Sitia. Maria was a good communicator. The house was very comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, beautiful interior as posted on Airbnb. Highly recommend this place.

Anna and Emma are very gentle and friendly hosts. They've shown us Sitia and shared informations. The house is a bit far away to the city centre in a calm and rural area but they drove us from their office near the main square of the city. They even entroduced us to some of their friends which allowed us to appreciate the traditional and deep rooted Cretan life-style and vibes. It has been a pleasure to meet them all and we had a fun night togheter. The house is cozy and beautiful, full of plants and flowers. We hope to come back soon!

Listing as described. Very well-equipped, clean and functional apartment. The washing machine was not working during our stay, however the hosts were going to do what was necessary to repair it soon. Downtown is within walking distance. Beautiful sea views, very nice balcony. Very quiet at night, quality bedding.

we were 5 people, 2 couples and one single. we were very comfortable and we all had a private room. one of the bedrooms had an extra private toilet. the yard was very beautiful too and completely private, ideal for morning coffee. the GPS made it a little difficult for us to find the entrance but not something we couldn't overcome. I would book the place again if I were in the same place.
