Townhome vacation rentals in Andes

We stayed at Ilya's condo for a week and really loved the location! The condo is a 3 minute walk to the north end of Coco beach and a 3 minute walk to the restaurants, bars, and grocery store in the Las Palmas neighborhood. We also walked into downtown Coco a lot, but that was a little farther, maybe 15 mins. My favorite part of the condo was the rooftop terrace. We sat up there in the mornings drinking coffee and listening to the ocean waves. And in the evening, the sunsets were amazing! Ilya was a great host. He sent us recommendations for restaurants, activites, beaches to see, etc. He was very thorough at check-in, showing us features of the condo and around the complex. I'd recommend staying here to anyone interested in great views and close proximity to the Coco beach.

If I could give 6 stars in my review, I would gladly do so! My friend and I found Casa Marina to be luxurious. It has four levels. The first level is the main salon which includes a beautiful dining area, a spacious living room, a fully-equipped large kitchen, a workout area, and a beautiful bathroom. It is simply gorgeous, with many of Celso’s beautiful photographs on display that capture the magic of the Galapagos wildlife and breathtaking scenery. The next level has the bedrooms which are well-appointed and individually air conditioned. We slept very well in super comfortable beds. The next level is the spacious terrace that overlooks Peurto Ayoro’s bustling harbor. Just steps away from Casa Marina Galapagos, we found a terrific place to eat, “The Rock”. They have the best craft beer and food and their service was always terrific. I hope to return to Santa Cruz with my wife. We will definitely stay at Celso’s place. Celso is the best Airbnb host I have ever had!

Jim’s place was beautiful, clean and private ! Great getaway ! Jim was very responsive and very attentive! 100 percent recommended.

We spent a wonderful 12 days at Luca’s place. The garden and pool area was even more beautiful than we expected and we were thrilled with our little side courtyard and hammock. The house was nice inside and adequate for our needs. The walk to the beach is easy for fit adults and older kids, but a little challenging for younger children. Consider renting a golf cart if you don’t have a car. We appreciated how we were close to groceries stores, coffee shops and restaurants and yet slightly removed from the nightlife noise. We would absolutely stay again if we get a chance to come back!

Perfect place for our three generation family trip. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Lots of gathering spaces and excellent location to just pop outside quickly for a coffee or a meal. Fairly quiet and the cleaning ladies are just gems! The kids loved to dip in the pool after a hot outing and the ACs worked great for an afternoon nap. We didn’t cook at all as there are so many restaurants within walking distance.

We had a great stay at this little apartment in Santa Teresa! It was very clean, super centrally located, and just a short walk (300m) to the beach. The area felt safe, with all restaurants and bars within walking distance. The cleaning lady was lovely, and the overall price-to-value was excellent. Highly recommend!

Jorge is a fantastic host! He is clear, communicative, and very hospitable. He was generous enough to allow us to store our bags past checkout at the adjacent motel and permitted us to use the pool! The condo is very spacious with many bedrooms, a clean and functional kitchen, and a hot tub on the roof. The water in the hot tub isn't too warm, but you wouldn't really want it any warmer considering how hot Ica is. I would highly recommend a stay with Jorge anytime!

Celebrated my 30th birthday at Darren’s place. Spacious, nearby to most restaurants, malls, lounges, etc. Darren was the most responsive host I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend, can’t wait to come back.

Very well suited for larger groups and place was well equipped. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Location was good as it was quiet and of course the awesome view! Best suited if you have a car as taxis while possible are more challenging. Can highly recommend and enjoyed our stay.

Marlone was a great host who explained everything very well. The property itself is located nicely around many restaurants and clubs that are only a few minutes away via car. Had no issues with any of the furniture, showers, jacuzzi, tvs. Everything was great and as advertised. Would stay here again in the future

Fernando and Tânia were very helpful. I had more contact with Tania, she was always kind and polite. Their house is exactly as it is in the photos, beautiful! The condominium is super organized and secure. The access to the beach and the Tbm River is something that is worth mentioning. Me and my family very much liked the period we spent there, it is very worth it.

This property is absolutely beautiful! Exactly as pictured. I have absolutely no complaints. Sancy, her dad and her brother, all work together to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience. Communications and service were impeccable, meeting every last minute request I had.

I don't know if it's possible to put into words how amazing it was to stay at Robson's house, which we felt was our home. The place is as shown in the photos. The area is very nice and quiet and we had many places nearby. However, the highlight was Robson's generosity, who was always attentive to our questions and concerns and recommending what we could do. Adelia, his mom, was very nice at all times! It's definitely an amazing place to go back to! Thank you, thank you, thank you 🫂

The house is spacious, with three floors and easy access to the beach, providing a lot of comfort. The housekeeper was attentive and helpful during the entire stay. On the last day, there was a blackout in the city, but that didn't hinder our experience. I recommend and would be back for sure!

The house is spacious, comfortable, organized, the neighborhood is very quiet, everything is nearby and you can manage on foot . The host is very friendly and super predisposed . Totally recommended .

Graciela was the most lovely host. Gorgeous place that felt very homey. Breakfast each morning was a very special touch, and was full of recommendations and willing to help in any way. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Please note that the pool and grillero is shared space with the duplex next door. The location in the map is not accurate. Removing these 2 things the place is very clean and complies with what it offers, the location is good close to the river and quiet.

Great stay! The place is exactly as in the pictures, very well located, a few steps from an avenue with all kinds of shops and close to the beach. Also, it is an excellent base for exploring various beaches in the region. I would recommend it!

We enjoyed this stay. The location was close to town and many other adventures. The kitchen was nicely stocked for all the meals we made. The hammocks on the back porch were really comfy for watching sunsets, rain, monkeys and birds. The shower had plenty of pressure.
