Conserjes muy amables, excelente ubicación, buena orientación del departamento lo que hace que sea un espacio fresco, buena vista a la cordillera, espacios amplios, cama cómoda, no se escucha ruido de vecinos. Cecilia respondió siempre rápido y muy claro. Volvería feliz!

Really lovely place and stay, very clean and has everything you need. It’s up a steep hill (Grenada is generally hilly though) with two flights of stairs so can be tiring with heavy baggage by yourself. But overall, perfect place, lovely view and friendly responsive host!

Muy bueno el departamento que elegimos, estuvimos con mi pareja y fue una experiencia increíble. Muy lindo el complejo, todo. La zona es la que siempre soñamos, y el equipo de anfitriones predispuestos a ayudarnos en todo momento.

O apartamento é incrível, sem contar com a arquitetura. As instalações bem convenientes com ar condicionado, secador, Wi-Fi, ótima ducha. Realmente foi um achado. Foi o melhor apartamento que já fiquei em Buenos Aires nos últimos 9 anos. Certamente será minha primeira opção em Buenos Aires.

If you're a digital nomad like me, this place is perfect. Fast and reliable internet, peaceful and secure surroundings, super comfy bed. Everything is as described. I needed a place to rest and recharge for a few months and I'm glad I found this place..

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Casa Aire. La maison est grande et décorée avec goût. La cuisine est très bien équipée et il y a suffisamment d’espace comptoir pour cuisiner. Il y a aussi 2 BBQ pour faire la cuisson, un au gaz avec un frais de $10.0 et un autre aux briquettes nous avons opté pour le deuxième et avons dû acheter nos propres briquettes afin de pouvoir l’utiliser mais ce ne fût pas un problème pour nous. Le ménage de l’aménagement extérieur (meubles outdooring, bbq et plancher) sont époussetés à chaque jour, donc toujours propre. Les chambres sont grandes et les lits sont très confortables. Il y a des airs climatisées dans chaque chambre et dans le salon ainsi que des ventilateurs de plafond ce qui fût très apprécié car il fait chaud au Costa Rica. Il y a des épiceries à distance de marche de la Casa par contre la plage est un peu loin, je dirais qu’avoir une auto serait plus pratique si vous voulez explorer les environs. Je recommande sans hésitation.

The facility has a total of fifteen units in at least two buildings near one another. Because of the way the Arena Blanca units toward the main road are separated by porch fronts and landscaping, it doesn't feel at all formal or institutional.

We absolutely loved our stay at Karla’s house on the river! It was absolutely beautiful, amazing yard for the adults to relax and children to play. Karla gave us the perfect restaurant & market recommendations, absolutely perfect stay & location.

We loved our stay here. The hammocks and garden view of the volcano are amazing! Camilo made our whole experience very comfortable and was a great host. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone who wants to be close to La Fortuna city center

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Miryan's cabin. We loved it, so close to the center of the city yet one feels like one is in the country. Miryan was an amazing host. She brought us something almost every morning: eggs from her chickens, fruit or avocado from her trees, home made breads and freshly squeezed juices. My husband and I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, meeting new people and buying produce and the many family owned stands. The house is rustic, this is not the Ritz but if you want to truly experience Ecuadorian culture, this is the place. Miryan has three dogs that came by often to say hello. If you are afraid of dogs or just don't care for them, this is not a place for you. For us, it was a perfect 2 weeks.

Janina und Josh sind super Gastgeber. Janina war sehr hilfsbereit und hat für uns einige Aktivitäten gebucht. Josh war super freundlich und hat uns auch eine Bootstour organisiert. Das Haus hatte alles was man brauchte und noch mehr. Und Joshs Hund Chico war einfach nur liebenswert.

We are blown away by the hospitality of Ursula and her husband, Erick. The home and property are beautiful and are in a safe, quiet, gated community. We also enjoyed seeing Guadi, the pet peacock. He was not bothersome at all and the chirping birds native to the area were so beautiful to hear each morning. What especially blew us away was Ursula’s husband , who actually spent the day taking us around the area of Sarchi. He gave us some history of Costa Rica, and took us to a bunch of small shopping areas/factories that create much of the art pieces seen around the area, which are a great part of the countries culture, history, and goods you will see in all the souvenir/tourist areas. Such a great experience and what a lovely person he was. The only bit of advice I will offer is to make sure you look over the house manual because Ursula offers a lot of good information that we wish we had took the time to review our first evening at the house, prior to attempting to order uber eats

Die Wohnung in Itamambuca ist einfach nur traumhaft und kann ich von ganzem herzen empfehlen. der garten ist sehr schön und es gibt viele Vögel und auch andere Tiere wie Oppossums etc. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr nah und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist genial. Komme bestimmt wieder zurück.

Juan Carlos is a great host, very helpful and responsive. it was very easy to access the apartment. everything matched the pictures and plenty of the necessary materials- towels, bedding/ pillows, toiletries, kitchen accessories. highly recommend for your next stay in Poblado!!

O quarto é como nas fotos, limpo, organizado e tem uma ótima vista para cidade. Recomendo para todos!

Location is very convenient, Stores and Supermarket in walking distance. Property has Gym, Pool, and safe parking ! I absolutely recommend this place for families and small groups !

Apartamento completo e confortável, condomínio com todas as comodidades (quadras, piscina, sauna, restaurante), anfitrião receptivo, praia das Toninhas bem próxima, ir a pé e limpa, bem pertinho do centro de Ubatuba (10min de carro) para passear nos restaurantes, comércio, artesanato, etc.., várias praias bem próximas, foi uma semana muito agradável para nossa família.

Paola and her husband were exceptional hosts! They informed us about a $50 charge for leaving the AC unit on when the apartment is unoccupied, which reflects their commitment to energy efficiency—a policy I fully support. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to use their amenities, I can tell they are well-maintained and inviting. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Nos gustó mucho el lugar , es muy tranquilo , para descansar fue muy bueno. Tiene zonas comunes el conjunto muy lindas y limpias. ✨🫰🏾
