This is a working Texas Longhorn Ranch, this apartment is separate from the house, with entry private. Has a small wet bar, Living area looks out to pasture and has a sleep sofa, small kitchenette, with refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom has shower big enough for two. The ranch has a private gated entry. We are a working ranch so if you inquire and we don'trespond for 6 or 8 hours it is noisy on tractor and around cattle so be patient. Welcome Snow birds and Europeans .

This unit looks exactly like the pictures and has everything that it’s supposed to have. Tobi was super helpful, she sent the check-in information way ahead of time which really helped. She met us at check-in and she was always in touch with us whenever we needed anything. The unit was incredibly clean and not cluttered. It felt like there was plenty of room for our items. It’s so peaceful as it backs up against an animal sanctuary, so it has a very rural feel with roosters crowing in the morning and ducks hanging out in the area.We were able to rest and feel very at peace. We would highly recommend it to anybody considering a break from the fast pace of a city.

I came here for my bachelor party with a bunch of my friends. We were there for three days and had something new to do every single day. The host were very friendly, and we’re very responsive to the many questions that we had I would recommend this place to everyone, and we will be back for sure !

This is our second stay and we just feel so at home here. The kitchen is stocked really well - has some extras that some hosts don't think of if you are preparing food during your stay. The ice machine is great. The king bed is very, very comfortable. It is a nice quiet area tucked into a great location for getting around. Great hosts and I hope we can stay here again on our regular trips to College Station to visit family.

Such a tranquil place to spend a weekend away from city life. We really enjoyed the huge yard to walk around and the forest trails behind the home. Our pup really enjoyed all the space outside and inside to lounge around and run around. Not too far from some local restaurants, different grocery stores, and even shopping at the outlets. Will definitely book again when we want to get a recharge in nature.
