Vacation rentals with a balcony in Andalusia

A large and very comfortable apartment right in Barrio Santa Cruz central to everything! Countless bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, winding alleys and streets all right there. The living room has a nice small balcony that looks right over the alley and is perfect for morning coffee and people watching. But the bedroom is tucked away in the back away from the street so it's very quiet - plus they had lots of extra pillows! They had a well stocked kitchen, lots of seating areas (including a dining room table that was great for working remotely) and a luxurious bathroom and shower. I would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I had the pleasure of meeting Jacques at his beautiful Airbnb in December where we spent our Christmas holiday. First and foremost, he is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and kind. No matter what question we had regarding the stay, no matter what time of day or night it was, his answer was prompt and always accurate. He helped us with restaurant recommendations, local sights to explore and finding the perfect local hiking trails. The Airbnb itself was lovely, super clean and very comfortable. From the wonderful beds to great linens, amazing sea, and mountain views to the well-stocked kitchen, we hardly had a reason to venture out. It is spaced out over two floors so lots of privacy for everyone, as well there is a clothes dryer which is a real bonus in the EU. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home if you have the chance. We will be returning in the future and thank you again Jacques, your assistance and kindness was much appreciated. J & K

Andrew’s apt is superb. It is the BEST apartment by far in which we have stayed. A great design with appropriate furniture and not a thing out of place. Everything is super clean and in 1st class. In a great location within walking distance of all major attractions, restaurants included. He is a wonderful host and the personal connection took any anxiety out of checking in. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We have been very happy with the stay - Nigel and his wife responded swiftly and the check-in and out was easy and punctual. For us, the apartment was perfect with a smaller terrace in direct connection with common room and kitchen and then the amazing roof terrace with sun loungers and barbecue.

El alojamiento es fantástico! Localizado en una zona muy céntrica lo que hacia muy sencillo acceder a los principales puntos de interés y a restaurantes. Además, el piso es muy cómodo y funcional. Pablo estuvo en todo momento atento a lo que necesitábamos, nos resolvió rápidamente algunas dudas que tuvimos y fue muy flexible con nuestras peticiones. Realmente un sitio muy recomendable!

En la zona peatonal, pero los taxis llegan hasta la misma esquina de la calle, perfecto para conocer Cádiz, en plenas calles del nucleo más bonito.

Manuel was easy to communicate with. The flat itself is a beautiful old Spanish home with antique furniture and tiles. And it’s set in an idyllic part of Sevilla with beautiful side roads. You are close to quite a few local shops and restaurants and within walking distance of other neighborhoods in the city. It was still a bit chilly for us in March so the heaters came handy. The overall space worked great for our group of 10.

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

House full of Andalusian character in the heart of old city .Terraces and balconies with flowered fruit trees and plants on every floor .Terrific design for the family as the bedrooms are located on different floors .Bathrooms on each floor including ground level .

We hebben met 10 vriendinnen een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit prachtige herenhuis. De ruimte is schoon, ruim en sfeervol ingericht. Ook hebben we genoten van het zonnige balkon. Het was geweldig hier te mogen verblijven!

The house is in an amazing location. So central with attractions and shops within meters. The house is beautiful and very unique. A lovely balcony for the afternoon sun. Alejandra was a great host, reaching out to check all was good and very responsive.

Beautiful flat - spacious, nicely designed and comfortable with an amazing roof terrace that gives you panoramic views of Granada. The location is perfect to walk around the city and enjoy great restaurants nearby. Joao had great communication and made us feel at home. I have recommended it to all my friends!

Amazing location…walkable to everywhere and very quiet at night. The courtyards are incredibly charming. Silvia was a great host; very responsive and flexible. I’d stay here again!

Danke an Daniela und Vincenzo, Eure Unterkunft ist mit die beste Ferienwohnung, in der ich bis jetzt in Spanien leben durfte. Zentral gelegen, fussläufig zum Strand und Restaurants, funktional eingerichtet und total praktisch in jeglicher Hinsicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit im Apartment sehr genossen. Enjoyed our stay… quiet location and easy for golf courses. Pool area was excellent and loved bbq dinners. Have booked for next year.
