The place was exquisite and so well kept. The host was extremely sweet and check in was super easy. I would go there again honestly. Loved every bit of it.

Loved the place in itself. Felt like home straight away. If you’re looking for some peace this your place. My only issue was the condition of the roads leading to the property. Especially with an infant it was nightmare to get in and out. So we decided to spend more time at home, which was definitely worth it.

The whole experience from enter to exit was really amazing. We stayed in villa 20C for one night. The care taker Mr. Prem was very hospitable and took great care. Mr. Maqbool the manager was very warm , explained all about the property and made our check in and check out super smooth. The views are amazing. Property has a beautiful club house, coffe place, wood fired pizza, amazing in house food, pool, tt, kids room and what not. Highly recommended and great for family or friends. Five stars well deserved.

Mandeep is a great host , very helpful and responsive and flexible with your request. The place was squeaky clean and comfortable. Friendly nature easy to talk to and very welcoming and accomodating. As a female staying alone I felt very safe , I recommend.

Umang is a fantastic host, clear instructions to reach the location and check in were shared with us in advance. He is very prompt with the responses and patiently addresses all your queries about the property. The place was clean when we got in - fresh towels, napkins and toiletries were provided. All electronic devices like the refrigerator, microwave, AC, fans, lights are in perfect working condition. The property is well located, just 20 minutes from the airport. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a short-term stay.

This our second time to stay here. It of course meets all our expectations of being clean and comfortable. We like staying here because this home is well equipped for a longer stay and Ankur and his Mom go out of their way to make us feel at home. Pine basera is a beautiful villa, it is very clean and maintained really well. Anshul proactively helped us with everything during our stay. Anshul, his cook and caretaker make a very warm team who make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Finally, the views from the property are just breathtaking and they made our stay really memorable.

a quaint quintessential hill cottage close to the church/mall road. Was with my 4 year old daughter and 65 year old mother and they both managed the steep walk albeit with a few breaks. The house was cozy and well maintained with loving wear and tears. Worth the stay
