It is less than 5 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Analipsi, part of the famous Hersonisos resort. In a peacefull and romantic neighborhood you will be close to all the facilites the beautifull vilage has to offer. More specifically it has several restaurants and fish taverns, cafes and supermarket. Above all the gem has the potential to offer a holiday of a lifetime.

Our apartment is located in the seaside village of Analipsi and just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Analipsi . It is also within walking distance of supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes ,taverns and restaurants as well as it is close to a bus stop. Heraklion airport is about 20 km away while the popular Hersonissos is just 5 km away. Tennis sports facilities are very close to our place.

Excellent host. Although self check-in is available, he still waited us for the check-in and guided us around the house. Very considerable and care the visitors. The snacks he prepared for us saved us on our first day because stores were closed due to the holiday. Always responsive and gave us good local recommendations. The room is clean and located just by the sea side. You can imagine how beautiful it is. Great experience and I recommend it to all future visitors.

One of the best places ever stayed! The villa is just 20 mins car ride from Heraklion airport and is very easy to find. The villa is exactly as shown in pictures; very clean and with all the kitchen amenities for cooking your meals as well as air-condition and TV in every room. The garden & pool areas is just beatiful and the puff sun loungers were great for our relaxing evenings by the pool (max 1.30m deep). The two bathrooms are spacious. The hosts have filled the fridge with breakfast, drinks and healthy snacks for us and there was house cleaning after 3 days of stay. The villa is secluded - so you can really disconnect and there is enough space for family / couple / group of friends as well as parking space for at least 2 cars; lastly, the villa is in walkable distance (8mins) to Analipsi village city center, the beach promenade and couple of restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets. Host arranged for us a great van drive to airport on fair price. I will definitely stay there again!

Great small, modern apartment with everything you need. Had a great time You are right on the street to the beach, which is sometimes very busy. At night, fast or loud cars and motorcycles sometimes drive through. Right next to two super good restaurants. 5 minutes' walk to the beach. We felt super comfortable. Got a bowl full of delicious fruit and a bottle of wine as a welcome. Great hospitality!

Great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet spot for your vacation! We stayed in Costas´s place for 2 weeks and we loved our stay. Costas is a very friendly and responsive host, we loved how clean the place was. We are very particular about cleanliness and liked that everything was freshly washed and spotless. The apartment is also fully equipped for longer stays. The supermarket, cafés and bakery are a few minutes walk away, the village has nice tavernas with friendly staff and the beach has a public sector, is not crowded and about 10-15min walk. The apartment has a large balcony, house is quiet and matches the photos. We will come back to this place if we return to Crete. I can only recommend it! Also, the place and its surroundings are safe for female travellers and solo female travellers. It is well connected by bus and easily accessible via public transport for people who don't have a car.
