The stunning beach and city views from both the balcony and windows are absolutely captivating; I found myself constantly drawn to look outside throughout my stay. While the interior isn't brand new, everything is well-maintained and in good working condition. All amenities functioned properly, and the space was comfortable for my stay. What really enhanced my experience was the host's responsiveness. They were quick to address any questions and went above and beyond by arranging a motorbike rental for me at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be in the heart of the action in Da Nang. It's perfect for those who value proximity to the beach and appreciate spectacular views. Die Wohnung war ideal gelegen – nur ca. 900 Meter vom Strand entfernt und das nächste Fitnessstudio in etwa 1,2 Kilometern erreichbar. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das zuverlässige Internet, das problemlos funktionierte. Die Gastgeberin war absolut spitze: freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr organisiert. Sie hat uns sogar bei der Organisation einer Fahrt zum Flughafen unterstützt, was wir wirklich zu schätzen wussten. Insgesamt war sie jederzeit ansprechbar und einfach klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had a great stay! The place is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location—close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were cleaned daily. A special thanks to Minh for his kindness and help with a package that had to be delivered to his address. His hospitality made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this private getaway. The pool was refreshingly cool and clean. You have the beach to yourselves with fishermen fishing in the distance. Lots of places to sit , relax or catch some sun. Phuong was very friendly and accommodating.He had a map with all amenities.Great coffee place walking distance. For singers there is a karaoke machine on the raised dining balcony that accommodates many. There is a BBQ and you can order meat or fish delivered to cook yourselves. Having a motorcycle available was a bonus. Great pizza restaurant, pharmacy and a great place for Banh My were about a 6-7 minute drive towards HoiAn. The cleaning staff were wonderful and very friendly. Phuong is an exceptional, friendly host and very accommodating, picking us up in DaNang and returning us for our flight home. We were all sad to leave. Thanks for a wonderful stay, from a family living in Alberta, Canada.

What an amazing find! We had a great time at the Villa- it was well equipped for our stay, with a secure entry system. It was a calming haven with butterflies, birds & gekkos to watch. Xuan, our host, was very responsive. The bedlinen was good quality, showers were great, and the large bath was a treat. There is a very good restaurant (The Old Man) next door. The cleaners came every 2 days and the place was immaculate. We appreciated the washer & dryer facilities. The mini mart 100 yards away takes laundry & sells a range of cold beers & wine. We organised cycle hire for a few days, which were delivered to the villa & collected again Scooter hire was close by, if you are brave enough! Grab taxis were plentiful, reliable & cheap into town (average 75,000 vnd into old town) Beach is easily accessible with sunbeds to rent for the day. The new jacuzzi was spotless and a lovely place to cool down after a days sightseeing. We loved staying here & would definitely return-thank you!

Отличный комплекс с апартаментами. Есть ресепшн, поэтому заселяться и выселяться легко. У нас была комфортная квартира с гостиной, кухней и спальней. Было всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, кровать удобная, мягкая, быстрый вайфай для работы, горячая вода. Также нам предлагали уборку раз в два дня. На крыше был небольшой бассейн и тренажерный зал. Единственное, если у вас нет машины или мопеда, то район не очень подходящий. Близко до пляжа, но далеко до интересных ресторанов и кафе.

They went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met, promptly addressing any requests and even going as far as to help us navigate the area and make the most of our time in Daanang. You’re getting more than what you paid for! The place is nice and cozy, with a lot of establishments that are walking distance. You’ll see a lot of cafes, restaurants, and massage clinics nearby. I love how the rooms are very spacious for two people. I will surely reconsider this place once I visit Da Nang again, I hope there will be rooms available by then.

Kiet was extremely responsive, ready to help at any time. Made our stay very enjoyable. Recommended local places worth to see or activities to experience. The place he runs delivers all the amenities you may need while staying for the longer time what was very useful for our family. Extra plus for having filtered water in the kitchen so there is no need to purchase bottled water.

The villa was fantastic! our family enjoyed staying at Moon villa. Lots of space, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, many area to relax in the beautiful garden. Jenny was also super helpful and assisted with any queries we had. The private pool and access to the beach was great. Yes there has been damage due to the typhoon and erosion but still fantastic. Great food and coffee surrounding and perfect for a quiet escape from the madness of Hoi An itself. As mentioned to Jenny if I had one thing I could ask for an improvement for my next visit it would be to have a bigger/more comfortable sofa in the living area.

This place was a perfect definition of luxury studio. Everything was very well cleaned and prepared for us. The staffs are also very accommodating and super friendly. The kitchen was our favorite because it is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need!! ☺️☺️ 10/10 recommendation for this place. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming back again.

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs of all time. The architecture of the building and apt is unique with nice interior touches. The location is walkable to the beach with many excellent local restaurants right outside of the door. The hosts are exceptional, providing housekeeping if desired and even left fresh towels and water bottles at the door when we didn’t. We also tried several of their restaurant recommendations which were all great. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a safe local neighborhood close to the beach, then this is for you!

Very responsible host and great help. She’s helped me rent a scooter in 30 mins delivered to the place. She’s also very flexible with me leaving my belongings safe in her property after checking out so I could enjoy the day before heading to the airport at night. The place is gorgeous, great location near the beach and everything you would want to visit. Highly recommended.

Absolute Empfehlung! Diem und ihr Team machen einen tollen Job. Vom Transfer vom Bahnhof/flughafen, Frühstück direkt auf der privaten Terrasse, tips für Restaurants, Ausflüge etc. Diem kümmert sich um alles. Der Bungalow liegt wunderschön 1 Minute vom ruhigen Strand entfernt. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Mit dem Taxi (Grab) ist man innerhalb von 5-10min in der Altstadt. Wer einen Platz zum entspannen sucht ist hier genau richtig! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
