We had a very nice stay at this historic house. We had wanted to spend a weekend here for a long time, and it was a special experience to stay in such an old building. The house is comfortably furnished, and especially the fireplace was our highlight – its warmth and the crackling of the fire made the evenings special. The hosts were very friendly and gave us valuable tips for excursions in the area. Great place for history lovers – highly recommended!

This was really one of the nicest places I've booked with Airbnb. We were traveling with five people: my sister, my brother-in-law, our daughter, my wife and I. Since the accommodation has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, you feel at home here. There is also a fridge in the basement in addition to the one in the kitchen. In the anteroom, where you can leave dirty shoes and wet jackets, there is a small freezer. The kitchen has a cooking island and really has all the necessary utensils. There is even a milk frother available. In the dining room there are games and a stereo system. The whole apartment is very clean, looks like freshly renovated and combines modern with old furniture. Mark is an architect, and this apartment was designed by him with a lot of love.

We enjoyed staying at Corina's apartment very much. On the cool evenings it was nice to light a fire in the oven. The apartment contains everything you'll need. The photos are really very accurate, it's all set up as seen in the photos. In the village, there is an upscale restaurant. Another snack bar was temporarily closed, but will definitely have reopened by summer.

We had a lovely stay. The location of the apartment offers a good starting point to explore Braunlage and its surroundings. Also the apartment was super well equipped! Tristan's place was awesome. We had so much we could do without having to leave the property. Of course, we were also on the road and looked forward to relaxing in the accommodation. We had great, warm weather and the pool immediately benefited. A few days it was a bit cooler (you never know what you get in April) and the sauna came into use. We had nice barbecue and bonfire and with the outdoor bar this was really great and contributed to a wanting atmosphere. The house was very well decorated and nothing was missing. Tristan always responded quickly to questions, etc., and was always friendly. Had a great stay, happy to come again!

We used the property for an extended hiking weekend. It was perfectly stocked, especially the playroom created great enthusiasm with our children. It was really perfect, everything as we needed, quiet and generously sized. It was a great vacation and we can fully recommend the accommodation and will certainly come back again, as we have not yet walked all the stamps;)

We really liked the original, cozy cottage. No wishes left unfulfilled in the furnishings, a wonderful dining area and cozy sleeping accommodations. Bed linens and towels included - that would have been perfect. But even so, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

We, 8 friends looking for relaxation and time to exchange ideas, were able to enjoy an all-round relaxing break from everyday life. The house, equipped with a hot tub and sauna, was perfect for this. We felt right at home. The property manager, who made the handover very friendly, and the contact with the owner are to be emphasized as very pleasant. We will be happy to come back!
