Hotel vacation rentals in Amsterdam-Zuid

We highly recommend this place. It is exactly as described on the listing. To sit at the window and watch the boats in the canal and life in general on the streets was our favorite thing to do. It is literally a couple of walks from the tram station and you can go anywhere in the city from here. The centraal station is just ~ 10 minutes by walk + tram route. There are cafes all around. This is the place to be at while in Amsterdam. We got the feel of being a local and we are glad that we stayed here.

The room was equipped with all the comforts. I also needed the room for working via VoIP and that went smoothly thanks to the fast Wi-Fi. There is a table with chairs where I could store my laptop and other work items. Under the table is a convenient plug block for chargers and the like. Because you can check in yourself, you are not dependent on others. This allowed me to check in at 4am without any problems. This was very easy via the clear instructions and the keypad on both the entrance and the room door. A nice little thing are the sweets by the TV and the bottles of water in the fridge. I myself had contact with co-host Renoeska. She was very helpful and helped me with all my questions. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed a room for a few days last minute and by switching quickly this was arranged on time. Thanks again Renoeska. Everything is within walking distance with a few minutes; CS and the city you reached in no time.

The place was just like the images and description. It was idyllic, drenched in the Magique of nature. The breakfasts in the morning were warm and lovely by the fireplace. The details to the house were just lovely. Loved getting to interact with the 2 little doggos of the house:). Made our entire visit so warm and cosy. The wi-fi was great for anyone who wants to get work done. Just the day of checking out - our flight was unfortunately several hours later to check out time and we got stuck outside in the cold, non stop rain. I’d just recommend going here when it’s not super rainy cos then you don’t get to enjoy the patio or the garden or walking outside. Thankyou babette and team for the warm memorable experience :).

Everything was great! The room was very comfortable, the restaurant next to the hotel (and linked to it) is not cheap but it’s excellent and the ambiance warm and welcoming. We felt at home in both the room and the restaurant. It’s located in a little park with a nice lawn, and big and beautiful trees, it’s just incredible to find that in this neighbourhood, it’s like being in the countryside but in the middle of the city. It’s also very calm and cosy. It’s less than 50 minutes walk from the center of Amsterdam and less than 30 minutes by metro. We enjoyed the place a lot! We recommend it without any hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay at the B&B. Our host Ana was very helpful and friendly, the flat was clean and fulfilled our expectation, our favourite part was the green space outside which felt like a garden. It was very handy to be just next to the Metro station to reach the city easily. I would definitely go there again for a stay in Amsterdam with friends.

The Hotel is excellent I thought sharing the bathroom was going to be complicated but NO and was always free and shiny,the breakfast very varied and Macos very helpful as all the staff would come back on my next HIGHLY RECOMMENDED trip!!

Location is very good, near Amsterdam Centraal station and overlooking the Brouwersgracht Canal. The room is basic and has an en suite - considering the excellent location in a notoriously expensive city it is very good value and perfect for someone on a budget and wanting more privacy than a hostel. Riks is a great host and easy to contact, he also provided a list of recommended bars/restaurants etc in the immediate vicinity and the city in general.

I stayed one week at this hotel and I love it there ! Beautiful room , great and comfortable bed, nice view from the city, cozy atmosphere Very quiet location needs around half hour to get to the center with taxi or train Walking distance around 1h The only negative point is that they don’t have room service. Very nice and cozy bar and great roof top ! Very Friendly people especially nick ! Thank you for all !

Very nice accommodation, very clean, parking is available if you come by car. The only note I can make is the wooden staircase (to access the home). It's noisy. Otherwise, everything was perfect 🤩
