Απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το ανατολικό δημοτικό πάρκινγκ και έχει όλα τα πλεονεκτήματα μιας ήσυχης γειτονιάς και 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο, όπου χτυπά η καρδιά της αγοράς και της νυχτερινής ζωής του νησιού.
