Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

Located on the ground floor of my house with private entrance and parking space. Small apartment, about 40 square meters, cozy and comfortable. It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.

The spacious townhouse is located in Miltenberg, the pearl on the Untermain. Odenwald and Spessart meet here on the Main and allow relaxing days in nature as well as a visit to the old town. My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
