Vacation rentals with beach access in Ammoudi

The host was incredibly polite and hospitable throughout our stay. The apartments are conveniently located, with easy access to local restaurants and taverns. On one occasion, we encountered an issue with the tap, but the host promptly resolved it without any additional charges. Their excellent English skills and helpful resources were greatly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this host and their apartments. You're sure to have a fantastic time during your stay.

It’s a very nice room among the olive groves. Very quiet and lots of local restaurants just in town, a short walk away.

Small but modern apartment, close beach at one side but also close restaurants, shops at the other side, our apartment (oasis) was at the back and was very quiet what we enjoyed so much, the apartment equipped with basic stuffs. Very clean and I can recommend this place. Our host, Stelios was very helpful and gave me plenty of informations, recommendation etc. Thank you and well done Stelios!

This was our first time in with them know, and we were somewhat sold on Stratos offering because of it being a Seaview apartment. It was right across from the beach. It was well appointed clean modern two doors opening to the balcony that faced the ocean, a wonderful Nespresso machine with coffeejust great and Stratos met us when we checked in. We got to meet him in person. It was just a great overall experience.

It was just great. Sea view from front balcony amazing- and second upstairs balcony very peaceful and warm (south facing) with nice views of mountains. Really near all shops and restaurants. Marinos so helpful and he. I was on my own and he arranged for his friend Xenofon to collect me from the airport and that worked really well.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at the end of October. The weather played along. For a week, nothing but sunshine and blue skies. The apartment corresponds exactly to the description. Great location, good furnishings and very nice reception at check-in. We also got good tips for restaurants and shopping. All in all, a clear recommendation! We would come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Miros! We came during the off-season so the area was pretty quiet and peaceful. The balcony at the front has a beautiful view. Miros was so friendly, helpful and an incredibly generous host. He communicated very proactively and was flexible with check in/out when our flights experienced changes. Stella is a friendly, kind & helpful host. The apartment was clean, tidy & well situated (walking distance to village & beach) Apartments are north facing so plenty of shade on balcony during hotter summer months Plenty of Space to park & a lovely outdoor cooking/eating area.

Had a great time visiting Crete...Agia Pelagia is a fab place to stay, it's a bit of a walk up a steep hill coming back from the sea front...but unless you have mobility problems don't let it put you off.

Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

I really enjoyed staying here. The view, the tranquility and in general the apartment was a dream to be in. I felt right at home and didn't want to leave. Always happy to come back. Highly recommend this property.

Highly recommend! A quiet area, close to everything. We stayed here start of October with our 14 yr old and 3 month old son. The apartment looks like the photos, very clean andy tidy. Very comfortable bed, was huge 💛. We had asked for a cot, which was there. The pool was lovely, very refreshing, solar heated. We were the only ones using it, due to out of main season, an unexpected luxury. The beach is a mix of sand and stones, literally just outside the gate. Within 10 mins walk is a supermarket, pharmacies, a patisserie with huge pain au chocolates - highly recommend, they also had pastries (cheese and bacon, mushroom and ham etc). If you walk along the sea front for about 20mins get into Gournes which has several beach bars, and restaurants/ cafes, we went to Taverna ambrosia, very good even had a baby change area (not everywhere has these) and soft play at the back. It’s a 45 min walk to the Creta aquarium, definitely worth a see. Ioannis arranged several taxis for us.

Nikos was an out standing host - the property was second to none - really pleased I stayed - if I ever go back to Crete, I will definitely stay at this property - thanks again Nikos for being so friendly and helpful, bo5h you and your wife - by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.

Ilias is an incredibly friendly host who is really committed to ensuring a great vacation in his apartment. Everything the guest's heart desires is there: towels, beach towels, bedding and a fully equipped kitchen including juicer (oranges from the market + juicer = fresh orange juice), coffee maker, etc. Ilias helps with the first parking space search and also gives many good tips for the vacation. He is very quickly available for questions and always helpful. As a welcome, he provided raki, wine, olive oil and pastries, some of which he made himself. There was also no shortage of bottled water. The apartment is almost directly on the beach and here too there are very friendly landlords for loungers & umbrella (also a tip from Ilias). We were very satisfied and can highly recommend it. We can well imagine coming here again on vacation… Thank you again Ilias!

wonderful stay!

The host went above and beyond! The apartment was sparkling clean and we even had housekeeping service midway through our stay. The location was perfect! It was peaceful and quiet but one street away from a multitude of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely rent again!!

Argyri and her husband were the best hosts I've ever stayed with, and the apartment was absolutely flawless: excellent location, close to the old city, restaurants and the beach The apartment had absolutely all the facilities: there was nothing we needed and not exist in the home. Furnished modernly and with great taste, the apartment is bright and welcoming, with a large terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts welcomed us with a cake, with fruits, wine and juices in the fridge, and upon departure they gave us local honey. Very friendly, they spent time with us and explained to us the best places to eat, what to visit around the city and in the city. it was everything I could have wished for and I can't wait to come back for a much longer period with my daughter. We spent four very nice days here. The view is really beautiful and in 10 minutes you can walk to a supermarket. In front of the house you could park well.

This place cannot be faulted, excellent host, we wanted for nothing. Great location for centre of town, easy walking distance to amenities, would come back here again without hesitation

Very much enjoyed our stay at Tasos’s apartment! It was clean and comfortable and he was very flexible with check-in/check-out as we had flight delays and arrived later then we expected, along with having to check-out at 3:30 in the morning to catch our flight. He was great at communicating, responding promptly, and also gave us a bunch of recommendations on things to do locally. Would definitely stay here again, and totally recommend to others!

this was a fantastic location, while you're in a busy area the apartment is actually peaceful and relaxing, the jacuzzi is perfect, the views from the balcony are unbelievable and it's a great spot for sunbathing, eating, drinking and relaxing. everyone has been super helpful and communicative from the minute we booked, the shop being downstairs means they are there almost 24/7 if you need anything. from this location there's so many things to do, we went on a bus to heraklion and hired a car and highly recommend agios nikolaos but you can really make your trip whatever you want it to be. thanks for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed being guest at Dimitris place. The apartment is very cosy and welcoming. The kitchen was very well equipped (oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, coffee).

Amazing place. Very private and quiet. Location is also great, lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops to walk to. If I have the chance will definitely come back. Recommend it!

Thanks for the great stay. The apartment is very clean, well renovated, practically furnished, only 3 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes on the promenade to the old town and despite the location on a busy road quite quiet. Parking the rental car was also quite unproblematic. Free parking is available in the area. The balcony is a bit narrow and not so suitable for sitting outside (especially since it is also a bit noisy outside). All in all, a great stay.
