Come enjoy a relaxing get away on beautiful Sugar Bottom Road. A great place for the outdoor enthusiast, no matter the season. Ideal also for quiet relaxation and privacy. We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.

Our guest house started off as an Hog house and has been converted to a relaxing retreat with all amenities! Located on a small acreage conveniently located along interstate 80 and across the street from Kinze manufacturing. Relax while sitting in the sun feeding the Koi fish.
