It was great to stay here, staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I enjoyed every bit of it and next time I’m in Addis I’ll be staying here for sure. It was also great to meet Emmad and his brother who were also really nice !

Emmad has an awesome team. They are kind, generous, organized, and very thoughtful. The facility is very clean and comfortable. Everything you would think of needing to make a stay great, it’s already provided. The deluxe suite is the way to go! I had to book a split stay because the other place I was trying to book was unavailable for the length of my request. Emmad was the Airbnb recommendation. To be honest, Emmad set the bar extremely high. So after transferring to my original requested property, I was a little disappointed at first and thought about returning to Emmad. I miss the team over there, and will return again at some point in the future.

The hotel was really great and within walking distance (about 20 minutes) to the churches. The service was great - all of the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Their restaurant food was delicious, room was very clean, airport pick up and drop off went smoothly and was affordable. Definitely recommend.

This place is in great location only few Km’s from the airport. The neighborhood is very peaceful. The apartment is very clean & the crew has an amazing customer service providing timely cleaning, laundry, ironing, etc. I would definitely recommend this place & stay again when I go back. Cheers!

I had an amazing stay at this home. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, local tips, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I loved the place especially since I had a very unpleasant experience with another host in Addis this was a much welcome relief. The communicated clearly and was very accommodating of my requests. A very peaceful and comfortable place to stay. I felt right at home thanks to the kind and proactive hosts. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The only suggestion I have is to improve the internet stability in the bedroom. Aside from that, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!

Hiwot is great in communication, and ready to assist always. The arrival was welcomed, 10/10 Understanding and explanations were great to find the ways around the city The place is very clean and great, only slight noise and it was delt with. Overall, Hiwot is a recommendation to all.

The guesthouse is located in a peaceful neighborhood while still being conveniently close to major roads, making it easy to explore Addis Ababa's main attractions. The staff is helpful and always available to assist with any requests. We felt safe and welcomed thanks to the friendly and accommodating owner and staff.

Residing in this apartment remains one of my most memorable experiences in Addis Ababa. Ideally located in a prestigious neighborhood, it provides easy access to all amenities. The apartment is meticulously maintained. My gratitude goes to Hareg for her availability in meeting our requests, and to Andy for his promptness and efficiency.

I recently stayed at Andy's listing and found it to be a reasonable option for basic accommodations. The space was clean and functional, which met my needs for a short visit. While it didn’t offer many extra amenities, it was comfortable enough for my stay. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to communicate with Andy directly, I spoke with the on-site staff, who were helpful and ensured everything was in order during my visit. One of the highlights was the location; there were plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was conveniently close to many attractions in Addis Ababa, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I highly recommend staying at Andy's place for anyone looking for a memorable experience. I can't wait to return!

Happy is the best host you could ask for! Where do i even start? He is one of the kindest, selfless person you could ever meet. He makes you feel part of the family through meeting his friends and family. We did so many fun activities together such as Salsa, Yoga, the Water Park, Reggae Festival, Ethiopian Christmas Eve and day and so much more. He makes you his special healthy drink which gives you all the protein and energy to get you through your day. He helped me navigate throughout Addis Ababa and always there if I got stuck. He was just a call away! He takes you to the best places to eat out in Addis Ababa and when you eat in, he invites you to eat with him and his friends. You really can't go wrong having Happy as a Host. He has extensive experience hosting and being hosted. The only con is that i couldn't stay any longer. In the matter of a week he went from friend to brother. I can't wait to go back!

We were picked up at the airport, which is 20 minutes away. We stayed for two nights in this very clean and nice apartment. A tasteful breakfast on the balcony with the breathtaking vieuw is very special. Haftamu is easy to reach and reacts fast. He tipped us for a very good guide for the rockchurces. Entrance to the Unesco-side is 100 USD (you can also pay in Birr). We gave the guide for the whole day 2450 Birr. Personel of Haftamu, very nice ladys who live nearby, suggest that we take dinner at Unique, a little restaurant nearby where we had a good and tasty pizza. The guide of the rockchurches tippes us the next day for Segeret, a restaurant on the third floor at the central square, also very tasteful. We had to deal with curvieuw, but that was no problem for us.
