This is our second stay at Nunu’s place, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The house is excellent, and the security is outstanding. We highly recommend it to others! One of the standout features of this property is the reliable water supply—both cold and hot—along with a functional power generator that activates within half a minute of any power interruptions.

A.A Hills Apt with a sunset View.10min to airport

10 mins distance from the airport, my place is located on the hills of megenagna, giving it the best view of the city. Come see the beauty of the sunset from the balcony for yourself. There is a nice hiking trail by the compound perfect for workouts. The place comes with super fast wifi and smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, Spotify,HBO, washing machine and so much more. The apt is in a gated compound with 24/7 security guard. Quite neighborhood, noise from the city is not heard.

Lovely apartment with high speed internet

Beautiful, stylish and unique apartment with outside terrace and ideally located in the heart of Addis Ababa 5 minutes' drive from Bole international Airport. The apartment is very close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Despite being so centrally located the apartment benefits from a quiet and peaceful location at the rear of the building with fantastic views across the city from the outside terraces.

The heart taking view, the peaceful atmosphere, the squeaky clean furnished apartment made my stay beautiful. The working place is very good and worth to pay and stay. I would like to come and enjoy the place again. Bethlehem was a very good host and responsive. I recommend the place for anyone who would like to come and enjoy Addis Ababa.

Luxury living !

Mahlet was the DREAM HOST, I had just left a terrible airbnb and was relocated here and she did not disappoint. Her place is completely spotless and brand new. The view is NEXT LEVEL. The staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. The food options in the neighborhood are impeccable. She really reaches out to make sure you have a top tier experience. I would recommend her place to anyone. I was truly sad to leave. Thank you so much for your kindness and care. I will be back!

Phenomenal place to stay in Addis Ababa! The location is right off Nambia St (Bole Medehalem) so you're walking distance to lots of restaurants. The front desk staff (24/7) are very helpful and it has backup generators (must have in Addis) + fast WiFi. Saturday mornings they have coffee ceremony (traditional Ethiopian) for the whole building in the lobby so you can network with others + defo dabo (ethiopian bread). Cleaners clean typically 3-5 days a week. Highly recommended for short or long-term stays. I will go back.

One of the best location that was a pleasant discovery. I found Desalegn's place to be a sweet spot for just about everything about Addis! Whether it was a morning run up through Unity Park or eats and shops in any direction, the daily tally of the space's value grew exponentially every day.

The owner is very good, especially warm and welcoming!Apart from the frequent water outages and the stair exercises on the 13th floor, this place is highly recommended, and it's very convenient to shop downstairs!The kitchen is large and fully equipped!
