Very pleasant, bright attic accommodation located in a quiet stone residence on the second floor without elevator access. Between Ouistreham and Cabourg, ideal for visiting the surrounding area. Sea view from the living room and bedroom. Fitted and equipped kitchen, mezzanine bedroom. We have a double bed and put an extra mattress for a child if needed. A parking space is reserved for you just below the building.

Located on a dune, under the pines, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all the shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including sheets and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
