Alessandra's apartment is super comfortable - I loved the stay. The apartment has a great structure and I didn't need to worry about much with my luggage (e.g. towels, bedding, hairdryer). The kitchen has several utensils, super easy for cooking. She was also flexible with the check-out time.

The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and sights, plus a beautiful view. The kitchen was fully equipped, making our meals easier. Luiza is very attentive and her home fully met our needs. The residence has everything for a family to spend comfortably from a few days to long periods. The condominium also has a bakery, restaurants, market and other essential shops for everyday life. As I needed to go to Campinas regularly, the location of the house in Sumaré facilitated my trips, as I quickly accessed the Anhanguera and Dom Pedro expressways and arrived at my destination in just over 20 minutes. Very clean and cozy place. The host was super helpful and attentive. I love it!

Some problems with check-in due to lack of communication, the pool was dirty, but I solved it by calling someone to clean and the costs were paid by the owner, the chairs in the living room had broken feet and should be replaced. One-off things that are easy to solve. Overall the house is good, cozy and we liked the accommodation.

Good afternoon! Nice place, clean, I felt at home, I just missed a blender and as SP is going through a wave of intense heat, so the fan was never enough, not even at night, I believe that when the weather is cold it must be wonderful, because the place is just cozy, I want to suggest a screen on the bedroom window for hot days to leave it open, as we did, otherwise it would be impossible to sleep in the bedroom and a wardrobe in the area, because the weather was very pleasant there. When we opened the door, it was a wonderful wind at night.

The house is very good, the pool is very clean and the heater works well and it has everything, all the utensils, we like it very much!

We spent a great carnival holiday in the house at the Red Castle. Spacious, clean, safe and with everything we needed. Communication with the host was great. High quality beds, mattresses and bedding. Bons utensils generally. Everyone liked it very much and intend to return.

I highly recommend! Michel has been very attentive since the booking. Check in very quick and easy, not to mention the welcome: it makes us feel at home. The condominium is located in a quiet neighborhood of the city, with easy access by fast lanes and excellent traffic. The apartment is comfortable and although there is no elevator, this was no problem at all, as in fact they are few steps. Great!
