Family-friendly vacation rentals in Americana

It's been an incredible four days. The view of the place is beautiful, even more so at sunset. Neto and the caretakers were very attentive and kind. We'll be back more often for sure!

The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

I loved the green house 💚 Having a waterfall in the backyard is not something we can easily find out there. It is a place to rest, relax and enjoy nature. I just loved the space! The food is wonderful and the vegetarian and vegan options are amazing, as well as lodging on the farm it is possible to live a gastronomic experience. Something that would be interesting to implement is automated ordering system in order to improve the experience. (All you want to order is to mark tomorrow's coffee, order an item from the emporium or choose the flavors of the pizza, everything has to be done by whats, a system would help.) My experience on the farm was a note 10! I recommend

Regina's place is a dream. The decoration a show apart . Every day I saw something I hadn't seen from so many details in the decoration. A nice place in a wonderful condo close to everything ! Anyway … it would come back for sure.

We were made to feel very welcome by Janka. Very clean and organized house. Bed, bath and pool were impeccable. We like it too much and will certainly be back soon.

Wonderful atmosphere! Everything according to the listing description and even much better in person than the pictures shows. The service provided by the housekeepers also impeccable, the couple very solicitous and polite! I recommend it to everyone!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Very nice space! Everyone was very polite and attentive. The farm is amazing for walking, playing and exploring. Silence and contact with nature bring us good energy!

The house is very well taken care of, very close to the center of Serra Negra (6-7 minutes). Well spacious town, legal leisure area and one of the rooms still has a crib! We enjoyed it a lot and we intend to go back, Maria Amélia gave all the instructions of the house, it was pretty cool!

My family liked the lodging a lot, and the dogs then, I don't even need to mention that they will be drowsy for at least 2 days, rsrs. I and my wife were going to participate in the historic race of Amparo and were looking for nearby lodging. The house was an incredible find, on short notice. An old mansion surrounded by very green, extremely well preserved and equipped. We took my grandmother, who loved all the details of the house, old items and was very emotional. The housekeeper Clovis and host Tomas were very kind and gave all necessary guidance. Staying in a historic house to participate in the historic race was a perfect wedding, we will have great memories and we intend to return soon!

Hosting was exactly as described on the listing. The place is cozy, very clean and well structured. Bed and bath linens are in great condition. Excellent Stay — I highly recommend and would come back for sure!

Always wonderful accommodation, Dona Nelma and Baia are sensational, kind, attentive and provide great conversations. Espaço is exactly as in the pictures, quiet, cozy, private and with delicious backyard, our pet feels at home every time he goes, totally free and free to explore. Servant and delicious breakfast, Iraci who is a secretary of the house is super attentive and gentle. To make it clear how we like the place, if I'm not mistaken it is already third or fourth time we host and we always feel like coming back, we've been on hot, rainy, cold days and we enjoy a lot every time❤️ Already scheduling us for the next extended time off 🥰

The house is amazing, bigger than it looks on the pictures. Very cozy environment, we really felt at home! We went with our pets and they ran all the grass down there so happy 😂 we enjoyed our stay! The house really has everything, we didn't lack anything! The condominium is huge, very safe! Ana responded and gave the instructions very clear. We love it too much ❤️

Wilson and Tata are formidable people, true Hosts!!! They made a total difference during our stay, presenting all spaces with sweetness and affection, leaving us absolutely comfortable and secure. The outdoor areas are cinematic, with delightful pools of natural and heated water, which can be enjoyed at all times. Barbecue and wood-burning oven in great condition, always ready for use. We were greeted with pampering and even a fig tree ready to be accessed at night. Inside the house, everything is impeccable and functional… In addition to all the beauty and coziness, we had contact with the animals that further enriched the experience... our children and nephews were absolutely delighted with the possibility of having fun with all of them. And finally, we still had the generous offer and possibility to collect fruits directly from the trees… sensational!!! Thanks Wilson and Tata!

The property is breathtaking, the house, both the haras and the inn, are very comfortable and well decorated. Monica offers everything we need: towels, household items, etc. Monica responds very quickly to any questions and cares if everything is ok. We count on the help of Ariane, Monica's housekeeper. She cooks very well and is very in-demand. We had a really nice carnival.

Tito is a sensational guy!!! He received us very well, with great care and attention. The space is perfect for those looking for a cozy place in the middle of nature with great comfort and hygiene. I recommend even for those who want to go to Laroc and want to stay next to the club. We'll be back soon.

The property corresponds to the pictures. Very quiet place, with an excellent cooking apparatus (pans, utensils, etc.), home well cared for and well cleaned when we arrived. The house is very large and well looked after. The site is very quiet inside a condominium. All rooms had air condition. The house and pool were delivered well clean. However, the maintenance of the pool has to be done by the user, but the son of the housekeeper was extremely educated and taught me how to use the pool pump so that I could do the maintenance myself. An observation point only for other users to know is that there is no water filter in the kitchen. The host provides the first gallon of water and the replacement is on us. No problems because just call that they deliver there but it is important to know. The stay was very calm and calm. Congratulations to the host.
