The house was clean and comfortable. It is ideally located and very quiet, close to the city center and main amenities. Floriana was very nice and approachable, responding promptly to our needs. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Maria was great with communication from booking to staying there. The place is around a 8-10 minute walk to the Olimpico Stadium if you're planning to stay for a Roma game. Great Italian pizza place just around the corner. Place was conveniently places in the building with private parking immediately outside.

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

We chose this apartment for our short vacation in Rome. Stefania is a super friendly host and has always been active in our questions or requests. The house was as described in the photos and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely keep it in mind as a property for our next visit to the capital.

The flat was very cleaned and with all the essentials. The location is close to Rome but less busy than the center. Carlo was really responsive and he met all our needs during the stay.

The apartment was spacious in the living room, bedroom and bathroom, super clean, we felt it as soon as we entered, very cozy with many small details. Comfortable beds, very clean sheets, easy check-in. The location is great, Conad nearby, bar, restaurant, everything you could need. Parking right in front of the house gate. Claudia is a great host, always available and ready to answer any questions. I highly recommend staying here.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Antonello's apartment is very convenient for visiting Perugia on foot, being a short walk from the historic center of the city. From here you can also visit the other areas in a short time by car. Antonello is very friendly and professional and we felt comfortable in his home. Since we are also hosts in Venice, we shared information and issues related to our work; advice is always welcome. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Three days to escape the chaos of the city of Rome in search of tranquility, greenery, relaxation and good food. Conveniently located for walking, even with children. You can reach the city center in 10/15 min walk. Fabrizio was immediately available to meet our needs. The apartment did not miss our expectations, including a parking space, not to be underestimated. Essential and well-finished modern house. highly recommended
