We absolutely recommend this place to everyone! The estate is beautiful and it was so nice to have a property to ourselves. It has wonderful updated amenities, really everything we needed was offered. They provided daily housekeeping which is a major plus being right on the beach with all the sand! The staff here is so friendly and very helpful. We loved being outside of the noisy town and spending time outdoors as a family! Terri the concierge truly made this trip memorable she knows the ins and outs of this island and had the best recommendations, everywhere we went we were amazed! The beach right out our front door was the best part about this trip we could walk ten steps and we were on the beach ready to swim and explore the Caribbean! This place was incredible—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nothing but beautiful ocean views and nature. From the moment we arrived, Terri and the team made everything seemless and easy. Our concierge helped plan out fun activities, our travel arrangements to the island, villa prestock, and was always available if we needed anything. The property itself is spotless and so well taken care of—you can tell they really care. We loved starting our mornings with coffee by the water and ending the day under the stars on the pier. The villa had everything we needed and more, and it felt like our own little beachfront paradise. We went kayaking, relaxed in hammocks, swam in the ocean, visited partner resorts, secret beach and just fully unplugged. It was the perfect mix of refined comfort and relaxed adventure. Very nice refuge, beautifully designed, many folks return for years and are friendly. It is on the bulkhead beachfront with the pedestrian only walkway in front for easy 100 yard access to restaurants, bars, piers and boats. But by design the compound is offset from any noise and looks out at the sea and sunrise thru mature palms, making it removed and super peaceful. Security guards 24/7 although not nesc it comforting and they are helpful is all ways. We could chill at the pool, watch the palms sway and the clear water behind, as folks who felt a good vibe would stop and soak it on the walkway beyond the gate and shrubbery.

Perfect location in San Pedro. Quaint villa with all the necessary amenities. Nellie & Guillermo were very responsive. Place was as described. Provided good recommendations for tours, cart rentals, and offered to book my local flights. Provided pickup/drop off to the airport and ferry terminal.

Great place to stay with family with kids for a vacation to Belize. The staff were super helpful in booking anything we needed, answering questions. The pool club near by is a great place to hang out, but it is pricey compared to other places on the island. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Abner was our driver and he was so nice with us. Our family enjoyed the house.

My friends and I had an amazing time at Casa lush. It was only three of us, but it felt like home. It was peaceful. It was calm. It was a beautiful experience. We will definitely be returning back to Casa lush. The staff communication was top-tier they dealt with all of my questions. All of my worries they dealt with it with professionalism and grace. Casa lush looks better than the pictures we were able to experience, luxury and calm and peace all in one stay. I highly recommend Casa lush. My friends and I even washed the towels and folded them. That’s how at Peace and at home we felt the high ceilings the wood floors, the wood beams the chefs the Massage Therapist everything was 1,000,000%.

Our AIRBNB stat was AMAZING! The is bigger than it looks on the pictures. Each room had its own air conditioning and it was stocked with everything we needed. They even arranged for a chef and massages for us. This was better than staying at a hotel! We will be back.

We stayed at this Airbnb for the entire duration of our trip to San Pedro. The team communicated well, helped us booked transportation, and offered great services! The onsite concierge was also extremely convenient and helpful. The house itself was absolutely stunning with a private pool and luxury furnishing. Our 5 people group had an amazing stay at this place. Would recommend it for any big groups!

This place is really nice and the view from the home is fantastic. Scott is always responsive to any inquiries. This is out second time staying at Tres Banderas and we will check availability here first on our next trip to San Pedro.

Absolutely outstanding! With great reviews and high ratings, the Rainbow Villa lives up to it’s excellent reputation. Communication with Gin and the staff was excellent. The place was clean and more than sufficient for the seven members of my family. If we had any issues Sergy responded quickly to take care of them. We also we’re connected with Karen the concierge who assisted us with any tours or transportation that we needed. The location is excellent, with great restaurants, night clubs and beaches nearby. Not far from town or the local markets. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay again.

Our group of 6 women had a wonderful time! The house has a great floor plan so we didn't feel that we were on top of each other. Everyone had their own bathrooms. We met regularly in the living area to convene before our day trips. The girls loved the rooftop bar and spent many nights there looking at the scenery. The quick boat trips were easy and if we needed to make a quick trip off the boat schedule, Deano was there for us. We also made several trips to the hotel pool to hang out, float and enjoy the scenery. We ate regularly at the Coconut Cafe that was a short walk. Since 3 of us had been to Belize before, they knew San Pedro so we spent a lot of time going back and forth for restaurants, shopping and excursions. I'd definitely book this house again! It was perfect for us!

Great spot on the northern side of the island. Worth dealing with crossing the split if you want a little peace and quiet. Great communication and property

We stayed with 2 families for spring break, a total of 8 people including 4 kids under 10. The location was unbeatable and it had a beautiful pool right on the water. The host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely rent again if we come back to Belize. Our trip was Unbeliezeable!

A great visit to Belize from start to finish. Sherry was great at quickly orienting us and Dino was always nice ferrying us across the back bay. The 4 br 4 BA was perfect for us, tons of room. House was clean and kitchen well equipped. Knee deep pool was all we needed to get wet and lounge in to cool off. Nice to have Coconut Cafe, lead by Chris, just 60 yards away for an easy, chill dinner with spectacular setting/views. Quick access to yet away from busy town at night. Would recommend to any and all.

Beautiful accommodations, it was all that and more. Love the fact that we had our own pool, a garage to place our go cart. My party felt safe at all times. I liked the fact that we could cook our own meals or eat locally.

We had a wonderful stay! After a terrible experience at another Airbnb, we booked this one last minute, and they accommodated us within a few hours. The host and staff were friendly, offering great recommendations. The location is about a 40-minute golf cart ride from town, but during the day, Secret Beach is lively and a great place to relax. We spent most of our days there before heading into town at night. Overall, we felt safe and at peace. Would recommend!

Nellie’s place was perfect for our stay in San Pedro. Very central yet completely quiet and safe. Nice pool, direct access to the beach, dock and a great bar over the water. Hard to think of a better place to stay in SP.

Our stay at Carole's place in San Pedro, Belize, was unforgettable! Nestled south of the island, this hidden gem offers tranquility off the beaten path. Carole's prompt responses ensured our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and more! Carole even arranged balloons and a cake for our birthday girl upon request. The spacious, comfortable beds were a delight, and each of us had our own private bathroom. The downstairs bedroom, with its separate entrance and kitchenette, felt like a private retreat. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee, water, and a complimentary bottle of wine. The stunning view from the property was breathtaking. We enjoyed using the kayaks, the clean, warm dipping pool, and the private dock where our boat tour picked us up effortlessly. Carole's attention to detail and hospitality made our trip exceptional. We will definitely reserve Carole's place again on our next trip. Don't miss out on this perfect place!

I stayed at this beautiful property in San Pedro, Belize from May 15–20 with my friends and family to celebrate my birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The home was stunning—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate our entire group, which made our stay feel effortless and relaxing. We especially appreciated the high-quality appliances, the private pool, and all of the thoughtful amenities provided throughout the home. A major bonus was having access to a washer and dryer, which made a big difference for our group. This home truly exceeded our expectations. We had no complaints at all and would absolutely return for another stay. Highly recommended!
